The first time I stayed there in Brookhaven Ms. I found a hairball in the mattress. I quit staying there cause it was a nasty place. Figured I would try again since the holiday inn express is charging Vegas weekend rates on a Tuesday. Needless to say the room was even worst, it's like they haven't mopped the floor in over 2 months. You don't notice this till you walk on the room floor barefooted. The attitude of the clerk isn't pleasant at all. The classic we don't need your business feeling is what you get from them.
The room was clean, and the lady at the front desk was very helpful. Even had a jacuzzi in my room and comfy bed. If I'm ever on the road in that area and need a nap again, I would most definitely stop by
I had a late check out. They called my room at 10:30 to see if I was gonna stay another night. Regular check out is 11. She said I didn't look at that. I made coffee and the creamer packets very old. It was quiet, had it not been for the above errors, I would have given this stay 4 stars
I had no idea there were still hotels with smoking rooms!! We stayed at a non-smoking room but the place still smelled like smoke. There were old & discolored towels and pillows, cigarette burned spots on the blanket. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere.
Paid for late check out. The owner calls us at 10am to tell us to leave. Check out is 11 am mind you. I explained that we paid for late check out on the THEIR web site. She said she had zero cares and that we needed to get out. I was ready to pay for another 3 nights and wanted to stay longerz and she raised her voice and started to talk down to me. We have been a zero issue quest, infact we are leaving the place better than when we checked into the room. We made sure to change out the dead light bulbs. Bring your own pillows as these here are yellow and who knows how old. The blanket was covered in cigarette burns in a non smoking room. The ungodly noise from the trucks that come and go to the Chinese restaurant in the parking lot. These owners forget that without customers they won't have a motel and even calling it that is generous. I would have stayed another 3 nights if I would have been treated like a human being, but why would I ever spend money to a business in the hospitality business that is far less than hospitable But being woke up and then disrespected and yelled at by the owner, with no just cause, is not something I will accept. I STRONGLY urge you to reconsider if you are thinking about staying here. Look at my reviews and you will see I don't give negative reviews. Also, note to owner, spend a couple dollars and replace the shower curtain covered in mildew.
The owner was very rude! The website was misleading and provided false information! The owner would not accommodate for that and was rude about it to boot! I would not stay here again and recommend paying a little extra for a better hotel and service!
My family and I got missed up with this motel because of Priceline’s mistake we hated it here we would not recommend this to anyone the pool was not usable even though it was supposed to be used the pool had big bugs and roaches in the water the rooms had roaches and the the mattresses looked like a crime scene and the have bed bugs they need to call the health department my son got bed bug bites all over his arm the motel is just nasty and unsanitary
If I could give 0 stars I would! My family I rented 4 rooms for one night here and yeah no! The rooms was not cleaned properly and they have bed bugs! My wife checked the bedding before we laid down and we didn’t see anything, but yesterday Sunday (6/9) I notice a few bumps/bites but I didn’t think anything of because we spent a few hours on the outside! It’s 6/10 and I have bites all over my arms and legs, my 10 year old son had bites on his shoulders and back! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!! This is disgusting and ridiculous!!!
