Really helpful and friendly service.
I was able to get my personal laundry done for 10$.
The building is not new, but I think the room I was in just got renovated and was much nicer than the exterior could suggest.
I feel like they are trying hard to make this place nicer.
I had a great stay here. The room had been recently remodeled and was very nice. The shower was beautiful and had instant hot water. Yes, the place had a little construction going on but nothing that hampered me or my stay. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. No breakfast (was advertised) but maybe that was due to construction. Maybe it was still Covid concerns, not sure but no big deal. Overall a great stay. Will definitely stay again.
Pretty solid stay here in Bowie! The rooms were fairly clean and I noticed that they may have been going through a renovation. There was a storm that day and so I stood out and watched a bit and the owners did too and they were super nice. For the price you get what you pay for. The only negative thing I’d say is that there wasn’t any breakfast available unfortunately and also reading some of the reviews and particularly owner responses were a bit alarming. I know that I don’t run a hotel, but responding to other reviews in sometimes aggressive ways is a little alarming to be fair. That aside, great stay!
The worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life and I travel a lot. There was a dead bug on the floor in the bathroom there was an odor in the front lobby. The property is poorly taken care of the room had a terrible odor and was not very sanitary. The room is very dated. The whole property is dated. The bed had a dip right in the middle of the mattress… It was so bad that I could not even stay… I came in town for my cousins wedding and I was so terrified of this hotel that I put all of my things in my car and drove all the way back to Dallas With my small children in the middle of the night After the wedding instead of staying at the hotel that I paid for. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It looks like something straight out of a horror movie.
Older hotel, which I am very fond of, but in the process of updating. Very clean, comfortable room with nice updates. Fridge,microwave, coffee pot in room. New toilet, fixtures, all very clean, inviting and comfortable. Convenient to and from interstate and very affordable. Would stay here again.
Renovated rooms are very nice. Reasonable prices. They have truck stop and restaurant next door building which was very convenient.
The pillows and sheets were worn out. Bedspread was dirty. Tiny bathroom. Hard to turn around. No extra towels. No breakfast even though a large sign advertised breakfast. We won’t be staying there again.
Please read other reviews. This will confirm what has all be said before. I have pictures and videos for proof. The price reflects the service, the rooms, and location for a reason. Other hotels in Bowie are packed. This hotel the parking lot is empty. The lot has pot holes the size of a small kid pool. The parking lot is littered with construction materials that has just been sitting. There is no breakfast even though advertised (see other comments on how long its been) the rooms smell musty but I thought it was because the air had not been run but I was wrong. There is blood on the bathroom wall, tile is cracked, towel rack coming off the wall, the tvs are blurry and old, carpet is stained, carpet cove is coming off the walls, holes in the wall, 2 towels even though the room holds 4 people (which they charge you $20 extra each person after 2, but the website says up to 4 people) the staff are rude, they will threaten to charge you for damages (so I took pics and video before and after) check your card statement after check out to make sure because they will tell you "it's their word vs yours".. anything for extra money out of the person when they have out front a brand new BMW but the hotel is falling a part.. the front lobby is in shambles with trash on counters and used food containers. Parking lot has re-bar sticking up out of parking blocks waiting for someone to trip and land on it and stab themselves with it(see pics). My dog is fully trained and registered as a service animal with the federal government with tags. Hotel manager threatened to charge $200 before check in happened (actually told front desk clerk to put me on the phone). Grass is unkept and full of weeds. Flies are everywhere. Standing water which harbors mosquitoes, bugs in room.. etc.. please go to another hotel if you can afford it. Please see all pics. Ask me for the videos.. Hopefully corporate sees this and makes changes
