If I could give this location negative starts, I would give -10. I have never stayed in such a horrible motel/hotel in my life. I don't know how they are still in business and why the BBB hasn't shut down this place yet for the shake of public health and safety concern.|We wanted to stay in a place near some of the action, so we booked for 2 nights non-smoking room. But we were give a room that it smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that we couldn't even enter. Then they give us a different room, but as the night progresses, the cigarette smells increases as well. Toilet was broken and the ceiling was covered with black mold. I called the office and asked if we could check out next morning. We were so tired and unsafe to drive back home that we stayed that one night and check out next morning.|This place should shutdown as soon as possible. This place need a complete gut to remove all those mold or black mold. If one room has black most, I am sure other rooms have the same also. This place is unsafe, unhealthy, filthy carpet, broken toilet, noises from left/right/upstairs room, and they are renting smoking and stinky room as non-smoking. It's just disguising all around. I wish I was able to give this place a negative rating.
Positive: Location Negative: Surface clean. Towels were dingy. Fabric on chairs were stained. Hole in shower wall grout in bathroom was dirty. Deadbolt was broken and ?repaired? with a screw.?very difficult to operate. Breakfast option was cellophane wrapped muffins or powdered donut

Our room in particular had no smoke detector, and when brought to the attention of staff they were unhelpful and VERY rude. Outlets didn't work in the room next to us and they had no covers over the outlets, which shows a clear electrical issue and fire hazard.
No sprinkler system if there were a fire.
The bed was terrible, felt like a literal rock. Pillows were bad. No hairdryer in the room like advertised.
After the way we were treated here, I'll stay in a tent under a bridge before I come back. The country inspector is being contacted.
Positive: "" Negative: We wouldn't even stay at the hotel after driving an hour out of our way because we couldn't cancel the reservation when we realized we made a mistake in location. Then the one bed had a huge crusty yellow stain across the sheets,
Positive: We attended a funeral they let us pay for few hours more past checkout. Negative: Roach bugs crawling, iron wasn't secured, room wasn't clean, bathroom tub was poor shape.
My husband and I stayed here for the past 3 nights. The atmosphere was pleasant, the location was ideal, the room was clean, the air conditioner and fridge were ice cold. No complaints and the gentleman working here was very kind and helpful to us. We will stay here again when in the area. ????
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. We got to the hotel to find out it is basically a motel. The price was not cheap by any means and it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. People are living there. Trash was in all the hallways(like broken furniture and tvs everywhere). There were stains on the walls and sheets. Not clean at all. People were doing drugs right outside the rooms. I checked in and checked right back out. I tried to ask for a refund and was denied.
I just stayed there last night & I didn't get any sleep. Do not stay here roaches were on the walls, microwave, fridge and nightstand. Also, I opened the dresser drawer and dead roaches. I will not stay here again. If I have to come back this way, I would stay at the more expensive hotel chains.
