Had a great comfortable stay with most hospitable staffs and wonderful facilities. It's in a good location with all the necessary places (HEB, ChickfillA, etc) nearby. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay around Beaumont.
The location is pretty nice it's right by a gas station and food places. The rooms are good could use a bit of work in some of the rooms with a new paint. All in all the rooms are very nice. The service is amazing the lady in the front in the mornings is the best worker I've met. She is very understanding when it comes to paying for the room and you need a little bit more time.
Worst motel ever ! I felt like someone was murdered in my room. The bathroom was disgusting. I wouldn’t touch anything. It was gross and wasn’t clean at all. I was only there 15 minutes and I saw 4 little roaches. They wouldn’t refund my money and I didn’t stay there. They offer me another room. I ended up sleeping in my car with windows rolled down and I felt safer that way than in that nasty motel. Very cheap motel and gross. Wouldn’t recommend. I’m mad they didn’t give me my money back.
The rooms are all tile floors, no dressers or nightstand drawers to place anything in (that would be my only complaint) but there are shelves/tabletops (just no drawers). But the beds were very nice & comfortable, they have nice soaking tubs (may only be certain rooms though?) & the pool is ❤️ there's a toddler pool that's only 1' deep & there is 3' near the stairs, the majority is 5' & then there's a deep end that's 9' deep. (In all fairness these are what matters to me most about a hotel, the bed, tub & pool & all 3 of those are 5* to me) Will definitely stay here again if we're ever in Beaumont again.
This is Americas Worst Value Inn, this place falls short of acceptable standards in terms of quality and value. If I am to be blunt and honest, it is a prime candidate for a show known as Hotel Hell, particularly if they were to expand its scope to include food service. The conditions of the room were terrible and disgusting. The room reeked of cigarette smell. The sheets were stained and had holes, possibly from cigarettes, joints and blunts. I discovered a roach on the wall and two large strands of hair in the shower. The floor was almost sticky, and the overall state of the room was out of touch and unpleasant. I have some serious concerns about the appearance of the rooms if they were examined under ultraviolet light.
While I understand that some of these issues may not be directly related to the staff, I felt it is important to express just how bad this experience was. I did not bother requesting a refund. The polite staff were friendly and nice. However, it is important that significant improvements be made to the overall experience offered by the establishment. Failure to do so will result in stagnation, hindering any substantial growth in revenue and ultimately leading to its decline.
The staff is great but would recommend them putting up antihuman/drug trafficking signs up if they want to attract a better crowd . Not to mention you want to keep your car parked as close to your room as possible and don't answer the door unless it is the staff .
And don't buy or sell anything to anyone because it may be a trap . A guy ask me if I could sell him a charger when the gas station is less than a 5 min walk away .
Overall if you keep to yourself the weekly prices are great especially if your traveling
Positive: Nothing at all the worst motel I ever stayed at. Negative: Everything there were pubes in the sheets and stuck in the covers dead roach in the bathroom the floor was sticky very dirty and uncomfortable I had to lay out clothes to sleep on ended up sleeping in my car. The lady at the front desk was unpleasant.
