This place would get 3 stars if it didn't lie about having a pool and breakfast. It was cheeper than other options, had a comfortable bed, and was clean enough. Our non-smoking room smelled smokey tho.
Checked into the room and dropped off our things. Went out for a bit and when we came back at around 10:30 found roaches walking around the floor and bathroom. Next morning two mor roaches were walking around the floor. Bed felt like it was old and had no cushion. The bed sheets had what looked like a food stain on it. At check out, we talked to the manager on site and said there was nothing they could do about anything. All n all you get what you pay for. Will never use this place again.
Our room was very nice! We checked in late, around 6:30pm. The lady at the front window, front door was locked, didn't seem very happy to see us.
I went to check out the FREE light breakfast, front door was locked. When I called to see what time breakfast was, I was told there wasn't any breakfast, even though it's advertised that it comes with the room.
We've stayed at other America's Best Value Inns before and they all have had some sort of breakfast!
