I had an incredibly disappointing and unsafe stay at this hotel. The floors in my room were visibly dirty. It was obvious they had not been cleaned since the previous visits and I could feel the dirtiness on my shoes as I walked in I decided to not take off my shoes due to the sticky feel and crunchy sound as I walked in. This included the bathroom floor and shower tub. It also had an overwhelming smell of marijuana and body odor, making it very uncomfortable to stay here. The smell lingered in my clothing and bag far after my stay. to make matters worse, the desk clerk made the experience feel very unprofessional and unsafe asking for a cash deposit which seemed very unusual and highly suspect. I offered to put a deposit on my card as I understand people can damage the room, etc. his denial made it even more unusual. There is one review here on Yelp that details how they kept the deposit and there was no official record of it. It makes more sense now. I’m glad I refused this.|The highlight was the hotel double charged my card and refused to change this even when I returned and showed them evidence that they had double charged my card. I asked that they reverse one of them, they refused and said both charges were non-Refundable. The great news is that I went through my credit card company and got one of the charges turned back without issue. Please avoid this hotel at all costs as this experience was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend staying here due to poor cleanliness on the floors, bathroom, etc. questionable practices with money specifically cash deposits, and a lack of customer service skills or willingness to make things right.
This place had bed bugs. I know this for certain because I would only get bit at night, every night, and the bites were below my sock line (I would leave the room fully clothed with shoes). I have pictures to prove this.
Also there were hairs on the towels and bed linen (womens).
There was graffiti and black mold in the bathroom... And I had to wear socks as the floor was filthy and dirty....it discolored my socks dark black.
You also have to leave a 100 cash deposit at the front (credit card not accepted)
There was always random people in the parking lot - a homeless naked man as well at 2:30 a.m.
Positive: "" Negative: Definitely get what your paying for here, the room is not very clean, each morning I had to step over new vomit on the stairs and walkway, it is not a quiet area at all at night, there's no real soap provided for showering and they require cash deposit.
This hotel is absolutely wrong. Me and my fiance we're going to this hotel but then I was not told in advance that there wasn't $100 deposit, And mind you, I already paid over $80 for the hotel room. I was low on funds, and my phone was almost out of battery, I tried charging it in the hotel lobby so I can find a solution to the problem, but then the man at the front desk start yelling at me if you're trying to use the charger. Horrendous customer service, also, the hotel smelled like marijuana and booze. A lot of shady people are in the area. Don't ever go here, horrible place, horrible customer service, and horrible employees at the front desk.
The hotel is nice, quite. The management is awesome. Any issues that may occur the staff and or management take care of it asap. They keep the rift raft out. The location is good. Close to shopping, restaurants, Laundromat and if you take the public transportation ( bus ) it's just out front about a minute to walk.
The Hindu lady was extremely rude. The place is for a quickie stay. It's horrible!! Go down the street about 1 block to Hilton Home 40 bucks more EXCEPTIONAL clean safe and great service fully equipped.

Shower is terrible the staff is friendly low-budget breakfast no pride in in your room stuff needs to be painted and fixed. You have to purchase your remote for your TV and return it. Despite all that it still was a nice stay
