There is no daily room service.
It is supposed to be a tobacco-free place, but sometimes the rooms smell of smoke.
The breakfast is just acceptable, according to the stay piece.
Positive: The staff was very nice and accommodating. I arrived and our room was on 2nd floor my 96 year old mother couldn't go up so they immediately moved us on first floor by the doors so it would be easier for her. Negative: The shower needs grab bars for seniors to hold on to
I needed somewhere during a move and these guys were amazing. Great rooms. Friendly staff. I needed to extend my stay and they may is super easy. Definitely recommend.

We arrived at the hotel around 3 PM. We were sketchy about the neighborhood and the property. The front desk lady refused to show us the rooms. She later did with some attitude.
The rooms were hot. It was 89F in the room and the AC was not turned on before we arrived. It takes staff less than 10 minutes to see which guests are arriving and turn the AC on to make room pleasant and welcoming. The room finally cooled down at 2 AM.
We paid for late checkout at 1 PM. While we were packing and getting ready to leave, someone from front desk came at 1:08 PM demanding us to leave. It was very unprofessional.
Overall, the stay was very bad. Between the unwelcoming staff, hot and dated rooms, unprofessional staff, everyone should stay away from this place.
It isn't a bad place for the price but it is one of the worst places that we have stayed at. The room that we stayed in was clean, but it is a motel setup and just feels dirty.
Update: Now we know why the alarm clock and microwave were flashing the time when we got in the room. The power just went out and quickly back on at 7:07 AM. It must be a regular occurrence.
Disappointing Experience
I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. From the moment we arrived, the front desk lady was incredibly rude, which set a negative tone for our stay.
When we got to our room, we found that the AC was not turned on, making the room uncomfortably warm. This was especially frustrating given the summer heat.
Despite paying for a late checkout, housekeeping knocked on our door immediately after the checkout time, which felt very intrusive and unprofessional.
Overall, the service was subpar, and the stay did not meet our expectations. We will not be returning.
The hotel was nice for what it was. It's not the most current, state of the art, fancy place. Anyone coming in expecting that must be confused.
It met everything we were needing: Friendly service and beds. I was happy.
This hotel is a lot nicer than I had expected it to be for a two star hotel, and the rooms were pretty clean. There was only a stand-up shower in our room, which was on a timer. It shut off in the middle of my husband's shower. However, we were able to turn the shower back on without any issues. It was just frustrating and inconvenient. They're pretty strict with the check-out time, so don't expect to sleep in for any period of time. We had been at an event that went late and had been hoping for a little grace period, but the maids were right there to make sure we left on time. This hotel wasn't our first choice, but most others were booked up. It was an OK option. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good.
