This is definitely not like the photos or the reviews (over 3 stars, what!!) here, its actually disgusting! It's more like a rundown shelter for those that unfortunately can't afford another place. Called a motel, because they rent an occasional room. We would not have stayed here but were thinking it's a waste of time to ask for a refund, with their sign "no refunds". No one would stay in these dirty and not maintained rooms by choice.

Also walked bare foot from the shower to the bed to put on socks and had black feet. DO NOT STAY HERE.
This place is NOT as advertised. Area is not safe. Rooms are filthy. Sheets looked slept in with dried blood. Towels were thread bare and dirty. I would rate 0 stars if I could. Buyer beware!! We left immediately after arriving but were charged for 4 nights. No refund.
A super gross, run down motel room with bugs and unwashed sheets and towels ???? don't take your socks off unless you want your feet to turn brown...
Due to last minute change of plans I needed a hotel in Augusta.
Because it was spring break, this was the only hotel available. This place is filthy. There were roaches in my room, live and dead. The neighborhood is unsafe. Right outside the hotel I could see drug activities. Never stay here.
I have never left a "terrible" review before, but this hotel was just awful. I don't mind an older hotel if it's at the appropriate price point. But this one was filthy. Not just the corners and behind the furniture as is often the case in the budget stays. EVERYTHING was filthy. E.g. the sheets had thick brown streaks across the middle. I would not sleep on them. The TV didn't even work. There were clearly people living there and they did not appreciate the "visitors." There were fights and people kicking on doors in the middle of the night. Just all around filthy and unsafe. Stay someplace else!
Staff was kind. I'll say that much. I try not to be too entitled and I realize people are people. Check me in and out and I don't care if you're on your phone or don't say hello to me.
But the room and the stay was awful. When we arrived to our room, it smelled like someone had smoked in there just moments ago. The surfaces were sticky or had a lot of dust. The bathroom floor had bugs on it and the walls in the bathroom had footprints and handprints.
Our pillows and towels had stains on them. The TV was inexplicably unplugged (no big deal, I'lll just plug it back in) but it was weird that it wasn't caught during cleaning. There was a pair of glasses left on the counter. The furniture in the room was splattered by paint or not cleaned or broken. Outlets didn't work.
Trash everywhere, even right outside the room. When we left in the morning, there were houseless individuals sleeping right outside the rooms.
I've not been there in over 12 hours now and I can still smell the room on my clothing. My wife and I opted to sleep on top of the covers and not touch any parts of the bed we didn't have to. We toughed it out, it was for one night, but if we go back to Augusta any time in the future, we're definitely not using this hotel.
Roaches. Faulty electrical that looks shoddy. Nasty floors. Stained everything. Questionable people. Poor drainage in tub, you stand in water. Don't respect requests to not clean room. Had people playing basketball, what it sounded like at midnight above on the 2nd floor. Window curtains don't close all the way. Computer chair belongs in the dumpster. Nasty counter tops. Stains all over the ceiling. Fridge and microwave was nasty and had a gross grease coating. Blood stains on the bathroom door. WILL NOT be coming back to another hotel of this name. I didn't feel comfortable nor clean staying there.
