At 8 AM, breakfast wasn’t ready yet, and everything was frozen, so I had to heat it up in the microwave! At 8:30 AM, room service didn’t knock or confirm but directly swiped their card to enter my room. This place is insane. What’s worse is that I’m paying $100 a day for this kind of service—absolutely terrible!
Traveling home from Mexico and hit an elk on the way home made an appointment online tried checking it and were denied checkin until 3 in the afternoon. This was late in the morning 4:00 after the accident we just wanted to sleep and relax and get some rest after the accident. Couldn’t even get a refund back, talked to the employee he said no refunds even after explaining our situation. Even talked to the assistant online with Expedia were no help at all. Just ended up leaving. Left with no refund and a tired family.
Rooms were big. The beds were a bit hard. The location was nice. The hot breakfast that they advertise is a joke. It was a refrigerated sausage patty and hashbrown that you have to put in a toaster oven. That was the hot breakfast. The other was cereal or a honey bun.

So this was the ONLY room we could get in town and paid way too much, but sometimes you just make the choice to stay. If a surrounding town has something keep moving. If not, then lower your expectations and you will be ok. Just know there are stains on all linens (sheets, blankets, towels, shower curtain) they did appear to be freshly washed. The smell of the room was pretty musty but windows can be opened. A/c really doesn’t cool the room enough. Breakfast… grab a piece of toast and hit the road.
Positive: Easy access, simple but clean rooms with all expected amenities for this type of hotel Negative: The A/C only works on max A/C setting, making the room either too cold or too hot. The auto fan setting does not work which makes the A/C blast away all night. The microwave controls are also not functioning correctly. Negative: ""
The room is huge and quite clean.
No coffee pot, almost impossible to plug anything in and the hairdryer did not work. None of this was a dealbreaker, but wouldn’t really call it a value for the price.
