Best WLM Reviews

Will TSS put me here because I am homeless shortly I won't be. And they have been very good people to me they have maid service and they do wonderful job I don't don't have them clean my room I clean it myself but I want to thank you so much for letting me stay there without any complications hopefully I'll be gone soon
If I could give less than 1 star I would!!! This place was so dirty it was disgusting! Refrigerator door wouldn't shut completely, No bathmat, terrible for a disabled person, there was a 2 inch gap under door where bees would come in, tub was disgusting, shower & rod was terrible...Just terrible cleanliness wise. Was supposed to stay 2 nights, could only stay 1, & to top it off they charged for the 2 nites because I left 3 hrs past check out time. This place should definitely be reported to the Health Dept (which I still might do)!!!!!
Everything in the whole place was dirty, The owner needs to take a blue light in the dark and see what his rooms look like. Looks like come and all kinds of stuff on the wall. And the beds and then the curtains. And there is sand in the shower in a pile. And there's pubes on the sink in the bathroom all over the whole flipping place.the floors have never been moped, A woman that lives next door, her boyfriend stay with her. They live there and their drunks and their loud and argue at night. It looked like they were trying to clean the place up. But they need to do a different kind of claiming.
If we could give a rating less than 1 star, we would.
We booked for one night. When we arrived my husband checked in and got our keycard. We went to the room assigned us and when we opened the door we saw flip-flops on the floor and dirty clothes on the unmade bed.
We went back and told the desk clerk we had been given the key to someone else's room. He apologized and assigned us another room.
When we entered, our "non-smoking" room reeked of smoke. There was some sort of drink or food that had dripped down the walls near the desk, and not been wiped up, which likely (at least in part) explained the mouse droppings on the floor beneath it.
There were cobwebs hanging from several places. And an area of black mold at the top of the wall near the ceiling in the shower.
I went to wash my hands and the water backed up onto the sink with black clumps floating in it.
I told my husband we should barricade the door with the desk and our luggage since the door did not have any kind of security bolt on it, and if the clerk had given us someone else's room key, who's to say he wouldn't give the key to our room to another person.
I did finally fall asleep, after having checked for bedbugs, but in the morning was awoken by the sound of my husband having to plunge the shower so it would not overflow. The water there had black materials floating in it as well.
Having read the reviews (too late, shame on us) I see the management apologizing for such conditions, but obviously doing nothing about it. And, contrary to their statements that this is not the norm for their establishment, unfortunately it does seem to be the conditions their offer their paying guests.
I will be notifying the East Greenbush Board of Health.
To be fair, the mattress was very comfortable.
I suspected my room had hidden cameras. My room had cockroaches . Squirrel's were coming in and out of my window at night. The squirrels had weird infections on their face and I there eyes. I was being electrocuted by the bed. The AC was broke. The staff was extremely rude and in no way hospitable. The whole hotel smelled absolutely awful.
Stayed here for a night for $100.00. I went this morning to pay for another night, the clerk tried to accuse me of only giving him $80.00. If that was the case why didn’t he bring it up before I walked out. Nasty rooms, nasty service, questionable people living here and to top it off the attempted scam. They also have cameras if they try to pull this on you just mention that. I stayed here because it was convenient. Never again. Beware
The rooms are adequate but the furniture is in rough shape. The bed was too soft for my taste, but not bad and I had a good night's sleep. If you're looking for an inexpensive motel room for the night, you'll be happy here.
While we had no real trouble with the front desk or checking in, this room we were assigned was absolutely horrible. The beds were uncomfortable and slanted—my feet ended up higher than my head! The room was not cleaned very well prior to our stay, there were a mass of cobwebs and dust between the mini-fridge and the wall. The toilet ended up clogging for no reason & when my dad attempted to take a shower, the knob just came right off because there was no screw to hold it in. We did inform the front desk of each issue, but they didn’t do anything to actually resolve the issues besides give us a plunger for the toilet. I get that it’s an older motel, but it’s in need of some renovations, newer beds, and housekeeping that actually cleans the rooms thoroughly from obvious cobwebs. Definitely do not recommend. Stay at the motel a mile up the road, it’s better and only a few dollars more.
