Needed a room for the night after driving all day. Tried several hotels all either with no vacancy, or wouldn't let us park our truck & trailer.
Finally found this hotel after hours of trying. The check in guy was very helpful, polite, and had fantastic customer service skills, would give him 5☆ all the way! The rooms were decent enough for the price. The AC worked well, bathrooms were a little cramped and needed some updating, but besides that the room and beds were pretty clean and comfortable. It was a nice quiet place to stay and rest, at a reasonable price.
Stayed there during hurricane Helene. The staff was friendly and efficient. Pet friendly, so we didn't have to leave our dog behind. One less thing to worry about! The rooms were clean, cool and comfortable. The staff went all out to provide us with breakfast food and drink. Really, for an inexpensive hotel, it outdid my expectations. This is not a luxury hotel but well worth the money!
Positive: Nothing Negative: First room given was looked occupied un made bed, towels on floor and worse. Second room given bed was made but the sheets and pillow cases were stained, no flat sheet or blanket, cracked toilet seat and toilet, holes everywhere. Hair in bathroom. Nasty!
This experience was awful! We had to pay for 2 mast rooms because they have to decide how many people can be in one room so they can make more money. The price we had to pay was not the same as they were advertising. Was $30 more than advertised. X2! The rooms were both so dirty! Literally dirt/hair in and on the bed sheets, bugs, dirty floors and curtains. Forget about getting in the showers after being poured on in hurricane rain and us totaling our rental and now we’re stranded here. When we asked for a small extension for check out they said we could for $30 more per room. Are you freaking kidding me?? Y’all should be paying us to stay beee at this point! Thankfully was able to find a pleasant Airbnb up the street because ???????? These folks out their minds! Too bad I can’t share these pics with y’all… That’s by design for a reason! ????
Do not be decieved by the quaint picture they show in their add. This place is a dump. We witnessed dirty curtains, dirty pillows , smelly bathroom. A disgusting room. Avoid this place at all cost. The cheap hotel rate attracts people hanging outside your room!
The room was supposed to be a non smoking and smelled like smoke. Both people who checked us in and out were plesant and they provided a breakfast bag that we shared with a person in need, nevertheless the room was shameful and should be closed.
This was by far the worst experience I have ever had staying at a hotel. The room was extremely dirty. The towels were old, dirty and stained. They looked more like rags for cleaning the floors. The sheets were old, dirty with stains on them as well. The bathroom was dirty. The toilet had not been brushed in a while and the bathtub beside being dirty it would not drain well. I ask the person working in the front desk at night for clean towels and sheets. He said only the manager in the morning has access to them. I was so disgusted I was contemplating going to Walmart and getting my own sheets and towels. The beds were so hard my back was in pain for days. The next day I went to the springs early so I did not get a chance to speak to the manager. When I returned at night I was hoping room service had cleaned the room. Not a chance. I went back to the front desk at night and he did not speak to the manager and said there is nothing he can do. But that he’ll write a note for the manager. I won’t be staying here again. I give 0 starts. I wish I had read the reviews before staying here.
