Affordable, Great Customer Service, Clean facilities! No wait times. They offer complimentary drinks. Ask for Vina for your nails(she didn’t the pink and white) and ask for Vina or Kim for your luxury pedicures! Both definitely have great Customer service and quality work! Kim took care of my mother like if she was her mother! Anyone that has that trait has my business! The gentleman that took care of my pedi did a good job as well. The nail tech who took care of me was nice and did her best to make sure I was satisfied. The owner was nice and has a good sense of humor. They offer a 10day guarantee to fix your nails if something happens. Recommending this place and coming back for more when it’s time again. Hope you’re able to find your place.
If you want the best nail service experience, ask for Jade. Jade has great amount of experience and it shows on her gentleness while she takes care of you, not to mention she is super sweet and professional!
Beautifully surprised by the warm and professional welcome I got upon arrival. I was offered a selection of beverages. Jade was absolutely awesome, knew exactly what I wanted and did a superb job:) I must say finding this salon was a miracle as I just moved to Houston! I LOVE my nails:)
Found American's after getting rooked after an hour's wait at a nearby men's salon. This place was a great find. Mai (pronounced 'my') took care of my feet and 'old-man hairs' without revoking my man-card on the way in. Ladies are very attentive and friendly, but their English is a challenge, so leave the conversation at the door. Prepare, though, for an hour of relaxation heaven, and to leave feeling great.
I entered the nail shop and was asked what type of service I wanted. I replied a shellac manicure and pedicure. I went on to question why my shellac manicure pealed away. The attendant curtly said, sign in. After signing in I asked, “so now will you answer my question?” She said, have a seat, I need to see who saw you. Then, she said come back up. At that time she became personable. She did explain satisfactorily why the service failed and recommended a different type of treatment. Keep in mind I told her I wanted a manicure and pedicure. She sent me to the gel application station. The guy proceeded to add gel. Not knowing the process, but knowing what I requested, I believed cuticle removal may come after the application, even thou I found that strange. So, I asked the technician. He replied, we don’t usually do that with gel and it is five dollars extra. At checkout, I mentioned not receiving the cuticle removal to same female attendant who documented my services initially. She replied, “you have to tell them before.” If that is the process it was never conveyed or indicated. In fact, why ask me what service(s) I am requesting, if I’m to again make the request with the technician. I’ve never experienced this backwards and redundant process. Additionally, I was not greeted as were others on entry, nor was I thanked for my patronage at the end of my visit. Moreover, I had to ask the attendant if my transaction was complete. She simply replied yes. I’ve only been to the establishment twice but think maybe business, because of location and complacency (it’s in a populated shopping complex), is too good. Customer service at intake is severely lacking.
First time coming here to get my nails done. My wedding was coming up & I wanted someone professional. Tracy was awesome & understood what I wanted. I got the round French while my daughter wanted square ombre. Tracy even added a 3D flower on her ring finger! The manager walked around to make sure all the customers were ok. He was social with a good attitude. I will definitely come back!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!Ok so the place in general is beautiful but I had Mrs Tina as my nail tech and she did absolutely amazing, she had a beautiful personality and was so nice. I can’t definitely say I will be back.????
First time here and I enjoyed it. I caught Amy walking out the door just in time for her to do my nails lol. She does amazing work. She does not rush her work at all. She makes sure you leave satisfied!
