Find a different motel!!! That's my advice! They claim to be American owned, but truth is the guy that owns it is from South Africa. They advertise rooms for $29.00 on a billboard in town,they charge $49.00 + tax,plus $7.00 per deposit coming to $61.00 even. I rented a room for 2 nights, it was dirty out dated and had roaches. So the third night I was supposedly "moved to a newer better room" , The room was still 30 yrs outdated. The bed spread looked like it should have been burned years ago,in fact it had large burn holes and stains all over it,very weak water pressure in the shower. It was cluttered with extra furniture,making the entranceway difficult to maneuver. The room reeks of mold,and the bug issue in this room had a bonus,that's right bedbugs. I woke in the morning to discover that I had bedbugs bites over my entire body over 30 bites in all. Consumer protection agency fails again!!! Try Rt 66 motel it's a little more but worth it!

Rustic rooms that are kept clean. Very chill place, used it for moving across states. Was able to get the room easily around midnight.
Last trip here the bed was too soft and squishy, didn't sleep very well, and I did see a few roaches on the floor.
The room was very clean, very cozy. The manager said it was a smoking allowed room but it did not smell like smoke.
The management is very kind and attentive. The maintenance guy brought us some chicken and tortillas to share. The day manager brought us a bag of snacks for our trip.
All in all, a wonderful experience! Thank you!
I can tell you with all honesty, you can do a lot worse for the price. No bugs. Quiet. Staff was very nice. The parking lot is very small so if you have a moving truck or bigger vehicle, be mindful of that.
Shower worked well, hot water didn't run out while my whole family took turns taking a shower!
There was no manager. Women who was watching the place while her boss was not there took his laptop and she had to use her phone and could not fid our reservation. The rooms were old and had a key for the doors. The TV did not work. The managers wife was rude. The place eas awful and recommend not staying there. I was really over priced. ????. Stay away. The town of Winslow is bad and the restaurants were ???? ???? ????. Doesn't deserve 1star!!!
Had a wonderful experience on our trip through Tucumcari! A welcomed cozy and comfortable room after being on the road so long. Staff were incredible! Everyone was so kind and attentive, welcoming, and warm. As for hospitality... Best I have ever encountered! Incredible people.
