The front desk personal/owner was very rude. Didn’t try to fix my concerns and was very dismissive of them. the rooms smelled terrible and he refused to give me my money back after what I booked was the total opposite of what I received. I’d urge people to stay away and save themselves the headache.
Positive: N/A Negative: When I got here the lobby desk window said, ?No Vacancy.? I Knocked on the door connected to the front desk, no answer. Then I tried knocking on what I thought was a maintenance door. The attendant showed up & accused me of knocking on a guests? door.
Booked a room online, and when I got there, I was told, "They don't have any available rooms." I then had to scramble to find another hotel.
For 70$ I don't know what to expect this is a good place and better for me that this was my only home for 4 days
The lady at the counter was very rude. The room was disgusting, tv only has 2 channels, outlets didn't work and had ants. Couldn't even spend a night I had to get a refund after 10 minutes.
First, I have no affiliation with Americana. Reviews are unduly harsh. I needed a place just to crash and sleep. I paid maybe $80.00 and I got the room I expected. Everything in my room was clean, air conditioning worked great (it was around 95F). I had enough towels and soap. Fridge and microwave and a Wawa right next door. The woman who checked me in was actually very patient with me, as I have bad tinnitus and often have trouble hearing, so I had to ask her to repeat almost everything and I got no attitude. I felt safe and secure in my room - and I've stayed at places in far more dangerous areas in the past (for those claiming to feel unsafe.) If you want a mint on your pillow in the morning, continental breakfast, etc., why are you searching for around $70.00? I loved my stay there, was easy to get into their property and easy to get out, even being on busy Rt1. As a matter of fact, Americana played a big role in allowing me to have a wonderful weekend attending a concert that in the absence of the motel, I couldn't have attended.

This was the most DISGUSTING place I’ve ever been to. I would give the place 0 stars if I could. I checked into a room that looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 70’s & before I put my purse down I saw roaches. I went to the service desk to ask for another room & the lady at the service desk gave me a hard time & charged me extra money for another room. The next room was full of ants & just as outdated. I WOULD NEVER return ????
