This place has some of the best wings. They are so juicy and tender, they satiate my cravings of them every time! The staff are also very friendly and helpful. A young girl with curly hair and glasses took my order and addressed my concerns. I 100% recommend, great experience and environment.
This is a small place but has good food. My intention was to get wings and hibachi chicken, but I had already gotten wings from Buffalo Wild Wings. They give a good portion for the money. I will definitely go back, if for nothing else, to try the wings.
Cashiers were extremely friendly, I enjoyed the service but I did not enjoy the food. I asked for the cooks name Irving and there is constant issues with my food, everytime I come around and purchase the food is not done correctly I ask for crispy wings all the time and nothing is done to fix the issue. It's like the cook doesn't care. I would appreciate for the food to be provided as good as the service.
Horrible at the counter bad attitude has stuff online but not in store they offer 15pcs online but not in store they advertise honey garlic in store on the menu when I ask for it he says they do not offer i asked for manger he stated there was not one I’m
Confused been here several times first time having this bad of service
I ordered my food to go. Had to wait in the indoor restaurant is not as well kept as it could be. The food was very good but entirely too expensive for the small amount of meat that they put in the hibachi. I ordered chicken and shrimp, there was so few shrimp I had to pay another $5 to get a side of grilled shrimp which totaled about eight shrimps the size of a nickel. It is not just this restaurant it's everywhere you go you get so much less quality and quantity however, the cost is constantly going up.
This was our first time. I had the steak hibachi. I needed a special pair of teeth to eat that steak. It was tough as leather. The second order was chicken wings with fried rice. Wings were overcooked and dry. I'm not sure if I can do it again.
The food was okay. The cashier taking the orders and collecting the money very nonchalant wasn't very customer friendly. Just seemed like she didn't want to be there and what didn't have a delight to serve. I mean I wouldn't go back based on her service. The food was good but her service took a lot away from the experience.
The cashier was rude and on her phone the entire time we were there. The customer service is horrible, and the other cashier barely spoke to any customers. I wouldn’t go back based off them two alone, then the food was mediocre.
