Stayed for one night - place was much tighter than expected and the spots are pretty close together. It’s right off the interstate so you can hear EVERYTHING all night long. We had planned to stay 3 nights but decided to keep traveling East. Office staff was very pleasant.
Very nice RV park. This was our favorite on our trip halfway across the US. People were friendly all around us, checkin was easy and fast, bathrooms were nice and clean and plentiful. They do have stickers in the grass so wear shoes.
We’ve stayed there 5 times. Our resent 2 night stay was unusual. The pull thru section was almost completely empty. We chose site 209 because it was on the end away from the freeway. The surprise was when another big rig pulled in beside us and the another next to that guy. The next day both were gone and another pulled in beside us. Why management would park us like sardines when the park was empty is a mystery. Seems they don’t understand traveling. Not good understanding of what they are doing.
We stayed in one of the cabins, air conditioning was awful was told not to turn below 70° it was a really hot day!
Cabin faces west it took.forever to cool off into the night
Cost us $159, had to bring own sheets and towels!
We had stayed a couple of years ago and was nice, we liked it was gated. This trip we were traveling in a vehicle no rv.
We won't be back.
The TV was terrible, the ceiling fan didn't work.

We have stayed at your rv resort numerous times over the years. We like the big rig area and we're thinking about booking a site this October for the balloon festival. I am in shock at what you are charging per night for a site. $279.00 a night. If I booked this site in August it is $69.33. This is pure greed on your part because you know people will pay it. When we were there in 2021 there were weeds everywhere. The pool was gross and not open. So why are you charging so much during the balloon festival? Can you please answer my question.

I have been staying long term because of work. The park is super clean. All the amenities are great. The staff take care of any issues and are real friendly. If you are just passing through Albuquerque or need to spend some time here this is the best place by far.
Large, clean, level sites. Travis the maintenance guy is terrific. Heated (87f) pool is the best I’ve swam;crystal clear and sparkling.
RV sites were nice. Didn't have a chance to check out the Pancake breakfast. Planned on using the pool but it was closed the end day we were going to use it. Enjoyed our 3 days
