ART is one of the best places to eat in my area!!!...the food is great and the employees deliver great service!!!..Manny the bartender/manager is so great and is always a joy to see! I enjoy the atmosphere and the all around vibe!!!..ART is an affordable, tasty, friendly place for the whole family!! I love this drink...Princess Peach....and Manny makes it killer!!!

So, not sure what changed since the current owner took over, because it WAS good, but the last couple times have been bad. Granted, our server was excellent. I Regretfully didn't catch her name today, but she was great.
I'm writing because food quality has taken a hit, it seems. Both of my daughters got spaghetti. It looked like leftovers, and I'm almost sure it was reheated. My eldest daughter got parmesan and meatballs. She complained that the parmesan was hard, crusty clumps, and that the meatballs just didn't taste very good. She also had to ask for more marinara meat sauce cause they skimped, and it was certainly dry. She continued eating, only to find a piece of plastic in her food! Unfortunately she lost her appetite due to this. Really irritating and disturbing. How clean are the chef's workstations and the rest of the kitchen for this to happen? My plate had a single french fry on it, and I didn't order fries...
I didn't bring this up at the restaurant because I want something to change at American Road Trip. We like(d) this place, and this wasn't the first disappointing meal we've had in the last few months. We love the ambiance, the servers are always great, but the chef's are lacking. After spending $100 with tip for 2 adults, 3 kids, I expect more.

Previous review from a year ago: Excellent server in the bar side. He served our table of 10 in a friendly and efficient manner. Great attitude! Food was great also.
Waitresses are friendly and prompt. The hibiscus average is really wonderful tasting. The chef salad is beautiful and flavorful. I love their blue cheese dressing. Great place to watch baseball.
It was my first time eating here and I couldn't have been more impressed. The meals were deliciously flavored, and surprisingly inexpensive as compared with the vast majority of comparable restaurants. Service was outstanding, and we can hardly wait for our next visit. Highly recommend!
Food was great tonight, but even better was the service! Our waiter went above and beyond. He was extremely nice and always attentive to everything. He was so amazing that he even noticed our son was grumpy and brought him out a snack and a bouncy ball. I've never had anyone else at any other restaurant do that. Such a great person!
One of our favorite places to stop on the way home from Palm Desert. Something for everyone. The food is good, everyone is super friendly and the kids love it too.
I guess this place has been a locals favorite for about 3 years. I just barely found out and I Love it. Took advantage of AYCE Riblets on Monday. The cost is $9.99 and includes 2 sides but they charge you for them so I guess I would say AYCE Riblets and 2 sides for about $12. Still an excellent price for some big meaty riblets. Justin kept our drinks and plates full. He was fast, friendly and made the whole dining experience great.
