I received beautiful service from a nice lady yesterday . I was suppose to take my daughter but she was sleep. So I took my 10 year old daughter here 30 min ago for a pedicure and manicure. The guy who is doing her nails and feet tells my daughter she’s not a little girl she’s an adult and she’s going to pay adult price. I said she’s a child she’s only 10 and the prices says for 10 and under. He’s still goes on to say that’s not a little girl she’s looks like an adult. She needs to show me ID because he doesn’t believe she’s a little girl . My daughter who suffers from self esteem due to being picked on due to her development gets upset and cry. I called my fiancé to get my daughter’s passport which is the only form of ID she has and try to show him he dated he didn’t care . I’m currently waiting for the owner to arrive and reporting this business to the Fort Lauderdale business compliant and complaint division Monday .
Update Owner came in and gave a fake apology and said she can get her nails done but for $37. He has kids so he understands he usually here but he had to do something. Owner didn’t address the guy . As a business owner and you want to sincerely show you sorry from a business perspective you would had comp the service or a discount he offered nothing and added $7 . If we would had been white I’m sure it would had been different. We will see how sorry they will be Monday .
I have always had amazing service here! I only had to wait one time for about 20 minutes if that! They are open 7 days a week which is great so I can go in my own timeframe! I can also schedule an appointment as well. My nails always look beautiful and the customer service is great ! They are also easily accessible on a main roadway with easy access! I am a local and this is my favorite nail salon! ???? some salons are like a machine pushing the customers in and out but here they are above and beyond! Love American Nails
I would go from time to time. But they literally rush when they have alot of people! That’s annoying because we actually PAY! They rushed my feet and it’s not even a day passed and it’s messed up. They rushed my hands and it started bleeding! PLEASE TAKE YOUR TIME TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE!!! If you’re black they are even worse! They don’t give proper service to black people!
The lady did my nails and and caused my nail side to bleed which hurt alot she didn’t even say sorry. I was like “so am I getting a discount?” Because at this point???? she was like “For what” Had she apologized I wouldn’t ask but ???? The service needs to be better especially when people are PAYING! Segregation and discrimination should not be if we are a free country! Do better!
I love getting my nails done here. I have sent several friends here. They are so nice. They do a great job and are reasonably priced.
Amazing Job! The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. I’ve been going to them for 2 months and I always get compliments on my nails. I had Nails ???? that were 3 weeks old and I was still getting compliments. I would highly recommend this and plus you get a 20%discount as a new person.
I've been to them a few times. I’ve had pretty good service once or twice. I’ve also had awful service there. I was in a hurry today and it looked like nobody was available at the moment. So I asked if they had available availability right now and I was told it would be 15 minutes. I decided to wait because it would probably take me about 15 minutes to drive to another salon 20 minutes later, I realize he was just starting the set that he was on when he told me that. I understand you’re a small business and you don’t want to lose money but when you only have two people doing nails, you should be prepared for walkouts. People are On tight schedules, just be Realistic about wait times so they can determine if that works for them. I really only use this place sometimes for convenience, but this will definitely be the last.
I am obsessed with my nails! Aaron did an incredible job. He was so sweet and kind. They came out better than I imagined. He really brought my vision to life! Happy is an understatement. Thank you Aaron! Elly did the gel on my toes and Michelle did the massage part of the pedicure. The whole experience there from start to finish was amazing! Thank you everyone!
It was great first experience for me l!! They was nice and pleasant a very clean environment! I would come back anytime I’m in Miami! I’m from St. Louis visiting and they made feel so welcome the whole time I was in the shop!!!
