I recently stayed at this motel and had a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The manager was exceptionally kind and even offered discounts, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very inviting. I highly recommend this motel for anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent service. I'll definitely be returning!
The room was spacious, nice and clean. Air conditioning took a little bit to get room cool but was very hot out. Thank you for a nice night's stay.
The desk clerk seemed bothered because our card-key didn't work. Our room had no cold water or smoke detector. No refrigerator, the microwave oven was unplugged and on the floor. There was no table to set it on. The entire floor was filthy. Our child was playing on the floor and stained their knees. The air-conditioner built in the wall dripped continuously. We placed cups and an ice bucket underneath to catch the water. They were overflowing by morning. I wiped the water up with a towel, and the towel turned brown from dirt on the floor.
Roaches literally crawling across the bed and floor...ac unit barely worked the whole room reeked of bug spray I'm assuming they tried to cover up the roach issue...asked to be switched to a different room and was told they weren't any available even though you can clearly walk past the rooms that are vacant and ready for renting out but I assume the hotel staff assumes you are stupid which I'm definitely not and can put two and two together. Would never stay here again if the devil himself told me he'd take my soul if I didn't rent a room here.
I normally dont even take the time to make reviews BUT this place is HORRIBLE.. IF I COULD GIVE IT A NEGATIVE 4 STAR I WOULD!!.. I booked a room just because i needed a place to sleep for work and the price was reasonable. It advertising wake up calls and breakfast. Sooooo lets start with breakfast.. THERE IS NONE ! A brown paperbag with a fruit and granola bar IS NOT BREAKFAST !! Next, the wake up call was something i needed that they promoted BUT how do you get a call if the phone DONT WORK !! The phone cord was pulled out of the phone. So i went to the office to see if i could get a cord replaced. The guy at the desk kept telling me "maintenance" had to check it out and they wouldnt be there until the morning. Im like 300 rooms and only 50 occupied, go get me a cord. He kept telling me "maintenance" had to come. To top EVERYTHING OFF I couldnt breathe in the room and threw up! THIS PLACE IS THE WORST PLACE TO STAY. PAY AN EXTRA 30.00 AND GET A BETTER PLACE !! STAY AWAY FROM HERE !!
Free truck parking and a clean room for $75. You can’t beat that. It’s a Two Star Hotel, it fit what we needed.
They Stole $300 from my debit card and refused to refund the 4 nights i didn’t stay there! I didn’t cause any damages to the room or leave it messy or cause any disturbances. They are thieves. Do not stay here if you can help it. I was going to stay for a week and was not given the weekly price so they charged me $600. My trip got cut short so I needed to leave halfway into my stay and they refused to refund. So not only did I not get the weekly rate, I didn’t get anything back. Living over 500 miles away from this hotel I was told if I want my refund I would have to go back to the property and catch the owners that are purposely never there and get my refund that way..
Room was ok. No hot water. Sheets smelled fresh but the financial issues with this place just don’t make it worth it. Next time I’m not going to support a shady local business. I’m going to stay at a nice hotel that gives guests piece of mind. And a ac and heating unit that works.
Reserved a handicap accessible room on the phone, but when we got to the room, it was definitely not one. There was only one such room and was already taken. No light bulb in a nightstand lamp. Cigarette burn in the bedspread.
