This place is disgusting, cockroaches everywhere, people screaming like crazy at any time. They didn’t even give me a broom for the floor, they said I need to bring my own cleaning supplies ¿? They don’t even hace a kitchen, close asap
They work with the police and help set you up They have no respect they let some bad things happen to me and trespassed me so I couldn't go back to the property for confrontation #cowards THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SHUTDOWN !!
This place is disgusting between bed bugs and cockroaches everywhere. The hotel manager is a creep and always trying to screw all the tenants. Overpriced and dirty. Dog poop everywhere and kids have garbage all over the place. I even watched some crazy lady screaming at everyone in her way. Definitely do not recommend!!!
Very nice place. Lady was sweet as pie. However if you bug her too many times like leaving your key in your room, she threatens to not give you your security back. Otherwise the bed was comfortable the room is very very clean no bugs.
I cannot believe this place is even open still. Mold in bathrooms, room wasn't cleaned, towels had black stains all over them. Took money off my card way before checking in for over the amount I was suppose to pay. I had to clean the room myself. Dust was thick in the room to. Fridge was dirty bathroom was dirty floors had sand and seashells on them. Housekeeper was nice but owner wasn't. Nor was she helpful or apologetic. Now fighting to get my money back which takes to long of a process. Website states newly remodeled but it's NOT! SAVE YOUR MONEY STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. THE MOLD MADE US SICK!
Was able to checkin early and enjoyed our Room. They had chairs outside so we could sit outside even when it rained. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. This was my first time being to Daytona and enjoyed it. The weather was awesome while we was there so was able to ro enjoy the sunshine
Roaches and there was hair on the shower wall, a bag of garbage hanging in the door handle and trash on the floor of the bathroom upon check in
I think the people who complain about this Motel are mostly the ones who say "Oh the sun is too bright" on a beautiful day. My friend booked this motel for our trip because this was the cheapest, and I must say this motel is GREAT for the price!
Pros:
1. Its clean! The bedsheets are clean, the floors are swept, the bathrooms don't have mold, the toilets are decent.
2. The beds are extremely comfortable! They're more comfortable than my own bed at home.
3. The AC is ice cold, which helps me sleep at night.
4. The rooms come with a functioning microwave and refrigerator.
5. The young man at the desk was really nice and patient with my friend and I.
6. The hotel is NOT in a bad area, it's on the main road, which made us feel more secure.
Cons:
1. The Wifi is weak, make sure you have your own hotspot.
2. The only have 1 trash can outside the bathroom and it's so small. But they have huge ones outside the rooms
3. Housekeeping IGNORED our "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door while we were gone for a couple of hours. We know because the room's trashcan was empty and new towels were in the bathroom.
That's why I left 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, our experience was great!
