Went in to purchase a straight iron and asked the male associate where they were located and he just pointed over there! This is the 2nd time he has done that! For me to experience such poor customer service is TERRIBLE! I will call Corporate and the BBB on this establishment because of the discrimination that his definitely portrayed. I will definitely let my followers know about this establishment and your lack in customer service. Too bad your so care Store Manager was on vacation. If you don’t like customers then get out of that business entity. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
Save your money and shop elsewhere. I visited this store seeking assistance, but the male employee was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in assisting me because the “Wig Lady” wasn’t there. I walked out immediately after and will never return. On top of that, during my first previous visit, a woman at the counter overcharged me, and I had to correct her on the spot. I highly recommend Jenny’s and filing a report to the BBB.

The fact that the owners and workers allow such a disgusting behavior from people is outrageous!!! Woman getting harassed by other woman because of their skin complexion is crazy!!! The security guard just sitting there enjoying the show, what is he there for??! This is unacceptable and I will never go to this beauty supply store! Get it together!
I found a beautiful wig. It was on sale for 50% off. They have really upgraded the store and it's wigs selection.
Racist employees who need to get back on their meds. I wish I could give 0 stars. Its never acceptable to tell someone to get out because of their race and as a white woman I now know I'm welcome after seeing how EVERY employee was being racist towards those 2 girls. Name calling and being racist, this place has 0 customer service skills and needs to be shut down

Horrific that a women was allowed to be disrespected by a disgusting woman in your store and you did absolutely nothing to get the problem out of the store so the woman minding her business could shop. People don’t believe that racism is a thing to white or mixed people but it’s happening whether you want to believe it or not. You allowed it to happen gross.
