We were welcomed with open arms as soon as we stepped through the front doors. The store looks beautiful. I love the café upstairs and personal shopping areas. However, I did compare it to the one previously in Orange County. That location was more interactive than this location. We still have lots of fun!
We loved our experience at American Girl Café. Mike went out of his way to make our visit super special. It was my niece’s birthday and her first visit there. The food was delicious and filling. The desserts were delicious too. We loved everything. Lydia helped us too and she was kind and nice. We felt welcomed and happy.
We are excited to go back for more events. I really recommend it!!!! Everyone was nice and helpful. After eating we went shopping and the staff helped us choosing a doll and my niece had the freedom to play and explore more things.
A big THANK YOU to everyone at American Girl LA today for making my daughter’s visit and our teatime so special. There was a bit of a technical problem with the elevator, but staff came to the rescue, saved the day, and set us up with the best view in the house for teatime! :-) Huge shout out to: Winnie, Mike, Rich, and everyone else who helped from A to Z! It meant the world to my daughter and us all.
Great shopping experience and outstanding service and staff. We had a great time exploring the new collection of books and dolls outfits. Sadly, we got to enjoy the pop-up only, as the hair salon and caffe weren't opened yet. Overall, it is very recommended for girls' day out and doll supplies shopping ????
OMG!!!!!! We love this place!!!!!! We visit at least six times a year with our three kiddos!!!!! So super special and fun!!! The shopping, food and drinks are awesome!!!! There is something for everyone here! The dolls are so beautiful and the clothes are to die for! These dolls bring so much joy!!!!!!!
Went to visit the new location and see the Harry Potter swag!
Too cute and so well stocked.
Parking here is in a structure and the first hour is free.
Beware that American girl at the time I visited did not validate parking.
So if you're planning on a long trip, visit a retail location that does before you go.
We had the best day visiting the salon! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. My daughter and her doll had the best time getting their hair done! It was the perfect 7th birthday present!! Highly recommend.
I went for my birthday and the staff were super friendly and kind. I also went to the cafe which was a little more of a wait than I’d hoped. The food was also meh depending on what you ordered. I had the bacon jam burger and I enjoyed it! The alcoholic drink was a bit too strong for my taste though.
