Took my daughter to the urgent care here and the Doctor was very rude. I ended up having to take my daughter to another urgent care, take more gas, and time, out of my day to take her to a Doctor that would actually test her for Covid and the flu. The MA was great, the front office girl was great, but the doctor was horrible! She barely said 2 words to my daughter.
PA Nathan Bliss was excellent. His concern for my health and well being was genuine and he was thorough in my diagnosis and future follow up. The intake staff and nurses were also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
I got in quickly. The doctor/P.A. explained my problem effectively and offered some effective solutions to my ailment. I would have liked a name of a ear, nose and throat doctor to go to. But that was the only complaint. Positive experience!
These guys were amazing, I felt like I was listened to and they cared about what I was going through. Incredibly kind and just a breath of fresh air with going to instacare. Usually you end up waiting 2 hours and then see the doctor for 10 minutes, but they made sure to take care of us and answer ALL of my concerns.
The Dr was fabulous. I appreciated his genuineness and friendliness.
If I’m being honest, the nurse who took my vitals and showed me to the room was the opposite of the Dr. She didn’t hardly make eye contact and wasn’t friendly at all. I either thought she was having a bad day or didn’t like her job.
I came in to get a bump under my eyebrow piercing checked out. The doctor came in with someone who he was training (didn’t inform me or even ask if he could be in there) he also did not introduce him but I let it go. Then he without even asking grabbed my face and squeezed the bump really hard. It surprised me, he didn’t even ask first he just reached for me. Then he said it’s scar tissue and it will go down and if it doesn’t then go see a dermatologist. I asked the doctor if i need to worry about it going into my eye and he said it is absolutely nothing to worry about and to check on it in a MONTH. Anyway a couple days later I went to a different location and they immediately knew it was an abscess and I had to get a procedure done where they cut it open and drained it. They are worried it will travel into my eye. So this doctor at American fork took less than 5 minutes and told me I’m completely fine when actually I needed a procedure done and there is a lot of worry of it going into my eye and possibilities of me going blind. I wish doctors would take more than 2 seconds and actually try to figure out what the problem is instead of just saying you’re fine, because I am in fact, not fine.
This was my first interaction with Dr. Bliss. He is a great listener, provided accurate, up to date information and answered all of my questions. I have a complicated health history, and he made sure he understood it all before he determined the course of treatment. He took a proactive course of care, which was greatly appreciated. The rest of the staff was friendly and worked in a timely manner.
Been here twice and received excellent care both times. Yes, you might have to wait awhile—welcome to the world of instacare, that’s just how it is. The providers were excellent, listened to me, and did not make me feel rushed at all. Definitely recommend.
