Doctor Daniel the best. This guy is as good as gold. I feel like he listens to me better than my primary care physician. Every time I go there I hope he’s working because he gets me feeling better in a hurry. The girl at the front desk was super friendly. I came early in the day when I was 10th in line and she suggested grabbing an appointment and just coming back. When I came back, only waited a couple of minutes to get called back. And then I probably sat in the room for five minutes. I used to go to the Vanderbilt walk-in clinic, but this is light year is better.
And the doctor, I think his name is Daniel Fox. This guy is so nice. He told me when he worked again and told me if I wasn’t feeling better to make sure I give him a call to see what else we can do. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them an 11. I say that because this is not my first time there and they always take care of me.
I have never been to an AFC establishment before. On Monday, I was working nearby and fell and needed to be seen. I just want to say that the staff from the front desk until I was lead to the exit door….were phenomenal. I was treated with kindness and respect. There was an issue with my drug-screening (I knew it would be) and the nurse very discreetly handled it. I wasn’t treated like someone that was abusing drugs, it was handled very well. And I have to send people for drug screenings before they can work for my company so I know it can be frustrating when they try to pass it knowing they been doing illegal drugs. I had a prescription for what was showing up. The nurse practitioner was very thorough and went over the X-rays with me, explaining some things I need to bring to my regular doctors attention.
On Friday I had to go back for a follow up. Again everyone was very nice, caring and eager to help me. Thank you so much for being caring people in a world where it’s hard to find anymore.
They were busy and it took a little long to be seen but everyone was great and friendly. I had a ear lavage and the nurse did a excellent job . This Urgent Care has a very nice clean atmosphere. I would definitely go here again.

My initial visit was very good. I had a reaction to the antibiotic they prescribed. When I called to get a different prescription I was placed on hold. After 20 minutes I hung up. The dr.? called me an hour later to ask what my problem was. I explained to her that I had a reaction to the medication and needed a diffent one. She told me I needed to come in and be evaluated since I had seen another Dr. I didn't understand why I needed an evaluation. I already had a diagnosis. I needed a different medication. I said I wasn't paying again just to get another prescription. She said she would do it THIS time as a courtesy. She was not nice about it. I don't know if I'll go back.
My husband and daughter both came in presenting with pneumonia symptoms, and got prescribed antibiotics and are now doing much better. Myself and my 1 year old started coughing a couple of days ago, so we decided to get seen too. I somehow walk out with a prescription and a completely different diagnosis than my 1 year old even though we have the same symptoms. They didn’t prescribe my baby anything, and wrote it off as a viral infection, even though we’ve been surrounded by bacterial infections, and now I’m the only one being treated for it. I feel like I wasted my time and money bringing my son in with me. The doctor said he was completely healthy even though his cough sounds like mine. So disappointed that my daughter and husband had better experiences with another doctor in the same office vs our experience. Overall the establishment is great and friendly, but I’m absolutely unhappy with the outcome for my son and this other doctor. With thanksgiving being so close, I was limited on options on where to take him. Never again unless the other doctor is working. I didn’t feel heard, and I felt like my concerns were completely written off. Dr. Amerish Misra was the doctor that I had this evening.
2 hour wait with minimal people in the waiting room and booking and filling out everything on line. My son had a baseball knee injury and just wanted an x-ray. After 2 hours of waiting, found out there was not an x—ray tech available until Friday. ????The Doctor was covering from another clinic and very nice, but his hands were tied. Check in girl was ridiculous and didn’t even have the knowledge to inquire about our visit. If she had, I would have left and returned when the proper staff was available. Complete waste of time!
I have been to many clinics in Spring Hill and Columbia. This is one is by far the worst. Doctor made me wait over an hour just to hear her breath. Shocked this place has 5 stars. Never again. Not to mention I cancelled another appointment to come here because they said they could help me. As soon as I walk in they said they can only take vitals no the whole physical.
