Everyone was so very nice from the receptionist to the nurse practitioner. Everyone was very professional as well. I was in the waiting room no longer than 10 minutes and when I was called the the back, the nurse came in with 5 minutes. I would refer them to anyone. I felt like they really cared about my health well being .I also wanted to add that I'd been in the hospital about 2 months ago and have been seeing my doctor regularly and they did a simple test and found out my issue immediately.
They were open on Sunday!
The friendly receptionist helped me fill out the application.
I was called back in a timely manner.
My urine sample was analyzed and the NP
saw me asked about my symptoms and my prescriptions were called in to my pharmacy and here it is Monday afternoon and my UTI is feeling much better.
I will definitely use them again.
The wait wasn't long and the MA who assisted us was very pleasant. We were into urgent care because my husband is between jobs with no insurance. The fee was $175 to be seen with no exceptions. He had a gigantic splinter in his hand that was swollen and infected. The nurse practitioner could not locate the splinter. He probed, took xrays, did not see anything and sent us on our way. My husband and I left disappointed because we knew there was something in his hand. We ended up going to the health department and they removed the splinter with ease. $20. I will never go to this place again. $175 is a lot of money when you dont have it. What a waste of time and money.
The receptionist made me feel welcome, although I had a bad sinus burning in my nose. She was very patient and kind and explain the process for checking in. When I was called to the back, engineers was real nice helpful and patient explained to me the process of what she was doing when she was swabbing my nose as well as my tonsils. when the doctor came and she explained to me the process of what was going on what I had and what I did not have and prescribe me some medication to the force of my choice, I would highly recommend Urgentcare to my family and friends.
I did not have to wait but maybe 5 minutes and the dr came in a few minutes later. They were friendly and thorough and explained what they were going to do and why. Total time there was about 20 minutes. Very good staff and nice in how they treated you.
The worst visit ever! I took my kids in because the pediatrician couldn’t see them. The doctor never looked at my kids she walked in asked what’s going on (deep coughing and mucus and nothing was helping) she then backed away as if they had the plague and very rudely told me to take them to the ER. I paid $150 for her to say go to the ER and walk us to the door herself like we caused a problem.
A nice visit. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. Went in for a DOT physical. It seemed a little high in cost but when I consider this is a tax write off, it truly wasn't all that bad. On top of that, it is required to maintain my class A license. Thanks to everyone today and may you continue to have excellent work ethics.
I’ve used this location several times and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately I tested positive for COVID this time, but I was in and out in an hour. 10/10 recommend if you can’t get in to see your GP in a timely manner.
