I was suffering from food poisoning. I needed help to hopefully be able to endure a 2 hour flight without "incident." I was seen quickly, my concerns were listened to... I followed the directions and made it home without incident and was feeling much better. Thank you!
Jessica is by far super pleasant and approachable. I checked in on my phone but still went out of her way to great me! Sandra the nurse extremely kind and went out of her way to ensure I had all my needs met! Being able to be seen by a doctor on a Sunday is convenient. Will recommend to everyone! I did not go in for a sick visit, just a yearly checkup & blood work!
I highly recommend American Family Care Providence. The staff are so polite and caring. The doctor that treated me was very compassionate and I truly felt cared for. This group didn’t feel like I was at an Urgent Care facility. They also do primary care and treated me as if I’d been a longtime patient. I’ve been to two locations since I’ve been in Nashville and they both have been a positive experience.
I was very sick - fever, terrible sore throat, and needed help quickly. I was able to get in same day with AFC in Mt. Juliet and had medicine administered before I even left to go the pharmacy. The staff was so kind! The wait time in the exam room was a little long but well worth it. I am already feeling better and just so grateful to AFC for taking my illness seriously and providing me with relief
My first time visiting this clinic and my experience was amazing. Both the ladies at front desk have great customer service skills. They made me feel so welcome. Dr Misra was very informative and an outstanding Dr. I will definitely be going back.
I've been to this location before and it's usually been pretty good. This time I was very disappointed. There were only about 6 patients in the building and just one doctor. This doctor was spending about 30-45 minutes with each patient because he likes to talk. After waiting around 2 hours to be seen and taken to a room, I couldn't wait any longer and left. What a waste of time and went home still sick with no meds. I went to another place today and was able to be seen, evaluated, tested, x-rayed all in about 35-45 minutes total time.
It took an extra minute to register. The employees were very courteous and professional. They took their time and did a bang up job. The Hannah Chilcote PA was very professional and enjoyed talking with her. Hannah took her time applying the sutures trying not to remove an over amount of hair. We'll done.
Will definitely return! I don’t have a primary doctor so this was my best shot at getting a physical and vaccinated. Haven’t been to the doctors in years plus this was my first time doing it by myself. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient. Doctor and nurse were very nice and welcoming! I recommend Dr. Hannah!
