The lady at the front desk and the nurses that tended to me were very nice. I waited for 2hrs to be seen and when I was finally seen by the nurse practitioner she had a very rude approach and accused me of being a smoker because she couldn’t hear my breath through the stethoscope. I’ve never smoked before in my life and was not feeling well enough to be wrongly accused and spoken to rudely. I hope that she will have better bedside manner for future patients.
Had a great experience here. Went in to get an infected finger drained and Dr. Mekjian was fantastic. She was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. My wait time to go to the back was only about 10 minutes. I highly recommend her for any urgent care needs.
Staff is nice and kind but be prepared to wait a long time to be seen, this is after you get your vitals with the nurse. My daughter was patient #3. Waited for 1 hour in the office to be seen for one minute. We got the job and my daughter is fine.
This was the most helpful urgent care I have been to! The paperwork was easy to fill out and I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen as a walk in. The nurse and doctor seemed to really listen to what I was saying and made me feel comfortable. They were very clear about what to do after the appointment and answered all of my questions fully. I will definitely be going here again next time I need an urgent care appointment.
Truly the best doctor visit experience I have had in a while. Doctors and nurses were both efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. Bedside manner was a 10/10. Thanks for making a not so fun thing, not bad at all!
Receptionist was rude, and had a terrible cough!
Provider and MA were very nice and helpful. If you can make it past the front desk staff, it's a great clinic to visit, excellent care.
This place is an absolute joke.
1. You make an appointment at a certain time (not as a walk-in) they don’t see you for an hour
2. I asked how long should I expect my results to take? She said it could take up to a week and we’ll call you.
3. I waited the week never heard anything back called them and they told me my results are ready and I have to come in and show my ID
4. Found out my results had came in three days prior to that and they already called me a prescription in without even calling me to let me know my results and had no idea my prescription was ready for pick up and could’ve been taking it
My nurse stated that she didn't want to examine me because she didn't want to contract the flu. So I have to go to another doctor to get examined, because I'm prone to have bronchitis and when I get sick
