Staff were all very kind and helpful. The building itself was filthy and had visible mold growing in multiple spots. The three photos are in our exam room- mold growing on the air vent and floors that haven’t been cleaned in a very long time. The waiting room air vents were also covered with mold.
They've been wonderful and quick every single time! My boys love coming here, even being sick! I ended up having pneumonia over Thanksgiving, which was scary, but they took great care of me! Don’t waste your day sitting around at Ascenion for the minimum…. This is the go to! I kind of want to keep it a secret. But they deserve the recognition!
Jailyn is a very polite and knowledgeable person, she seems to take pride in her job and possess a very positive attitude. I enjoyed my interaction with her. ????????Julia took my vitals, she is also pleasant and shows concern for her patients. I really appreciate Chris as my NP he was very concerned with my medical issues and how to help get me the necessary medication and furthering my treatment I am so glad that I went to American Family Care and plan to use them as my primary care in the future.????????
Used the online check in and still waited for two hours. It’s all good as I made sure to clear my day because Urgent Care facilities tend to have long wait times. That being said, the staff and Dr. Grace were excellent! They were all cognizant of my time and concerned about my issue. Everyone was professional and friendly and provided the information and care I needed.
I always have such a good experience when I come here. They are very through and doesn’t feel like they are just trying to get you in an out. Tamala was my nurse today she was very sweet and personable. I recommend this place for anyone needing to use an urgent care.
They are nice but they do not handle business. I had gotten some lab work done and they told me they would call me with results and I never heard from them so when I called them they said o you have to come in for results… I just so happen to look online and seen I had high cholesterol….. ijs they never called me like they said they would.
Tamala and Christina are amazing! Quick service, welcoming environment. Take care of these ladies, as a GM of a large company, we all need friemdly staffing like this.
It was very easy to save your spot in line and reschedule if needed. Wait times were average, but when we got back to the room, we were seen quickly and discharged very shortly after the consultation.
Christina, Chris, and the medical receptionist were all very empathetic and listened to our concerns. Their bedside manner was incredible and I plan on coming to this clinic, if I ever need to, in the future; a truly great experience all around.
