I have been to 2 physical therapists then to 1st doctor in less than a week, with what I thought was a really bad vertigo spell, long story short 1st doctor wasn't concerned even though I pleaded that something was definitely wrong....Dr. Robert Jackson was total opposite! Starting with scheduling, the options were ENDLESS!! How convenient and easy it was to get appointment and very quickly and last minute!!!! As soon as I arrived, the office manager (for the life of me, I can't think of her name????) greeted me very sincerely and got right to getting me checked in. Within a few minutes I had barely got in the chair to wait before McKenna's smiling face was greeting me ready to start vitals! She was very sweet and caring, listening intently! Took me to the room, and soon after Dr. Jackson came in...first impression very kind face and demeanor! Listened closely to every word of my symptom story which at this point was a weeks worth of episodes....he was very reassuring in a scary situation for me, he immediately did an exam then said he wanted to run all the test and get Started so we could get closer to finding an answer for the way I was feeling! All of my symptoms could be related to so many different things, and he wanted to cover everything....So the tests began immediately...urine, ekg, & blood work! How easy and convenient for a PCP, don't have to go all over town for multiple visits! They even gave me a blanket because I was rather chilly! We got finished with all the test and Dr. Jackson came back in and said he was gonna even try to help relieve or ease symptoms a little until we got blood work back!! Such a great experience and what an absolute pleasure it was meeting the staff! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Jackson and his team at American Family Care...I live in a small town with tons of Dr.s in-between but it is worth the little extra drive for me to have a good doctor! I will return!!
When I arrived at five minutes after eight in the morning, there was no one in front of me at 15 after eight I was carried to an examination room. The doctor came in at 9:20 spoke to me for five minutes or less left. Then the next nurse came in and said here’s your prescription. Have a good day. Not happy at all with the service I received that on today’s visit. But it’s not the first time and yet I keep coming back. That’s only me.
Everyone was very polite and friendly. I was made to feel welcome for the duration of my visit. Also they were very time efficient. They got me right on in and moved through the appointment. I never had to wait. Very pleasant experience. ????
The staff were all kind and helpful! The PA was thorough and listened to what I said. Took in account my medical history before prescribing meds. Even though I felt awful the entire experience was very good!
I called approximately 40 minutes before closing to confirm they except my insurance. The staff stated they could see me even if I arrived 1 minute before closing. I was traveling during rush hour from another county. The staff reached out to me while I was in-route to text me the pre-registration paperwork to save time. I arrived 3 minutes before closing. They greeted me by name and within 20 minutes I was registered, triaged, treated by the doctor, answered our questions and my prescription sent to my pharmacist and just like that, I was on my why. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and I would definitely return
The staff at American family care was very patient and helpful with assisting me. My wait time was not long and I was assisted with all my medical needs in a timely manner. I truly recommend this facility should you ever need it.

Robert Jackson are exceptional human beings, you guys work with patience and vocation. Efficacy and Efficiency are present. Excellent place, silent and clean, you breath peace. All what you need when you are sick.
The check-in process was arduous. I was feeling too sick to go through all that. I think the receptionist sensed that because she helped me. The service was good. The only thing is the doctor put a diagnosis on the discharge paper that he hadn't discussed with me.
