The older hotel has seen better days, but the staff are super friendly and helpful. At minimum, the things that needed to work, did work, and the price point was spot-on. I pray that they put some $$ into some new sheets, modern room features, and bathroom amenities, but for what it is, the price matches. One cool thing about my room was that it featured a microwave, stove and fridge. That's a nice feature allowing food to be cooked here, saving even more $$. It's a nice place for anyone watching their spending.
Booked off Expedia, pictures looked way better then what the condition was in person.

Honestly was the worst room I’ve stayed in. Smelled like mold badly, found a huge cockroach behind the chair in the corner. Floor was so dirty that your feet will turn black just walking from the entrance to the bathroom.
I see that the owner is responding to these reviews, to the owner: I know good help is hard to find but please just take the time to clean the rooms so people don’t have the experience we have had and many others. I don’t understand how you can rent them out in the condition they’re in and have a clear conscious.
I came to this place for research purposes only. Service was great and fast but the problem with the service not getting 5 stars is only because of the room. It was not a nice room by any means. Floor looked unclean, bed sheets had stains and so did the shower towels. It smelled old and there were holes in the wall. I didn’t even want to sit down because it was so dirty. If you are a tweaker or maybe a person struggling to find shelter this is a good place, but if you live somewhat decent do NOT come here.
To start off … the staff were very nice and helpful . But the room was horrific ! The bed felt like I was laying on box springs not comfortable at all( woke up sore) , the tv/phone didn’t work, the wall/cabinets were deteriorating, roaches ???? , their towels& sheets looked like they haven’t been washed ( dark marks ) on white towels, cigarette burns in the bedsheets , and tweakers walking around &camping on the complex! . Don’t think I would ever give this place a chance again . It should be illegal to have such a run down motel with no effort into making it atleast look decent
This place is the worst. The rooms were filthy. The second day they moved us to another room that was miserable. Dirty, faucet coming out, walls have a lot of spills, took of my shoes and just walking from bed to bathroom, my sock were black. Door looks like it's been broken down several times. No coffee pot, no towel holder, no cover on A/C. Said they are pet friendly but constantly complaining about the dog( she's a registered service dog). For $90 a night , we left!!!!!!!! Don't go here
Overall the stay was entirely meh, we stayed for 7 days, and the floors made the bottom of our feet and socks black, there was trash under the bed and the paint on the ceiling of the bathroom was peeling and falling off in chunks, the kitchenette was alright with a full size fridge a microwave and electric stove with an oven though the electric stove, one of the burners did not work, room service visited 3 times once was to ask us to move rooms, which when we did the room we got was a complete downgrade, we got moved to a room with a queen sized bed, no stove, missing the smoke detector, demoted to a mini fridge, and a microwave that had no glass plate. When we spoke to the manager he was able to move us to a room that at least had a king size bed, but the minifridge did not work and we still lost the access to a stove. There was no warning beforehand about needing to move, just one morning we needed to move rooms. All three rooms we set foot in were of questionable cleanliness and it was super odd that all rooms were painted blue with a single purple wall and white accents
Not a bad place to stay. Kinda pricey for a motel but it works. Rooms are ok can use a makeover. Honestly I have seen a couple of roaches in my room which really threw me off because room looked so cleaned and smelled good. It's quiet here I haven't had any issues with noise or anything of that nature. Location is fine. You have places to eat close by and a gas station about half a mile up the road. There is also a Fry's grocery store close by also.
Positive: Good cable television Negative: It was a dump, everything inside the the room was old and looked like it hadn't been updated in 30 years!! The microwave and mini fridge were from the 1990's.
