Nicely off the major highway, easy street parking. Placed order from the road. Pizza was piping hot when I arrived. (Sebastian had times it just right!) Got a large Hawaiian with plans to take it up to Seattle. But wanted to try the Pizza HOT so ordered a pint and got the hazy to try.
They also had huge rice crispy treats and chocolate chip cookies for three dollars apiece and when I say huge I mean they were the size of my hand expanded. For three dollars? That's a no-brainer.
Liked the beers they were serving but loved the host Sebastian and his earthy friendliness.
Best part of the pie was the crust.
Been here many times and to the ones in corvallis too. The pizza has always been great and this time was no exception. A medium was enough for my two elementary age boys and myself. That and 2 drinks was about $28 not bad considering chain restaurants would likely charge more. The dine in area could use some updating. It is pretty the same it has been for 20 years and is starting to show its age in a bad way. Was nostalgic for me but could see how it could be off putting to others.
Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever bought. I usually prefer to make my own pizza over getting it at a pizza parlor, but I can’t make pizza this good. The crispness of the crust, the pepperoni coverage, the sauce to cheese ratio. This is the best pizza! My wife and I had it during the first week on a trip to Portland. Then we couldn’t stop thinking about it so the next week literally woke up an extra hour and a half early in Bend to make it back to Portland before our flight so we could get this pizza a second time. ????
Great eclectic place. Good pie, great crust, and lots of them (they don't skip). The music was a bit loud for conversations and a smidgen inappropriate if there are kids around. But all in all a great place for a slice.
This brought me back to my college days, even though as I was told, the ADP in Corvallis, while started by the same folks, are now separate. The slices were nice and big.
Stopped by for a cheese slice and a beer. Cool atmosphere, lots of sitting areas and also outdoor tables. Your slice is made to order. Clientele are Portland casuals. Customer service was friendly and accommodating. Oh, the pizza was good, and crispy.
Hidden gem! A must go, pizza was fabulous! Quantity for price just right! The gal working alone in the day shift was very friendly and fast????????Beer on tap for those interested ????
The most original pizza spot in all of Portland. They are celebrating 30 years, this year! Freshly cooked 1 topping slice and a micro brew $7.50 from 8-Close. The decor is eclectic and truly “old Portland”. Slices are large, and the dough has a unique flavor, with twisted crust. Great space for a large party or just yourself.
