Perfect downtown location with great vibe. Menu, service, prices, atmosphere, booths; all of it is exactly what you would hope for in a college town. Unfortunately, the pizza crust was far too crispy for my liking, essentially burnt. The toppings were spot on, but the sauce was sparse at best. Hopefully the pizza is better next time.
Nice atmosphere and vibes. The roof top sitting are is definitely a nice place to relax and have some food. When it comes to pizza, I'm not a fan of their pizza. Their dough is too much bread. It doesn't have that pizza parlor taste / texture but more like the pizza mom makes at home. Ordered a pizza margherita and it was a disappointment. The whole pizza was covered in thick slices of tomatoes. The fresh basil were small slivers which you weren't able to taste due to the amount of tomatoes on it. Would come for the vibes and not the food
I never thought I’d say this about a pizza… but it was really BITTER, like they put too much beer in the dough? Or IPA instead of beer? The toppings were generally and yummy but i could not stand the taste of the bread itself, such a bitter aftertaste. I had to buy a thing of ranch to wash down the taste… also, no complimentary ranch for a $37 pizza is a little greedy…
What a cool pizza shop! We are visiting Oregon from Fort Lauderdale, and this was our first time here. The restaurant is so cute, with fun artwork everywhere. The pizza is delicious!! They are very generous with the toppings. Everyone there was very kind and polite. I highly recommend the “Tejano” and “Rocket Science” pies :)
"The bent" recommend by a co-worker, did not disappoint! Excellent pizza and a rooftop bar and eating area. I'm just traveling through but I will certainly return here when in the area. Sorry the photos aren't that great, flash (or operator) not working.
The Pizza here tastes phenomenal!
Edit: We have returned!
We ordered a slice of Pineapple with Shaved Parmesan and Jalapeño Peppers.
A Ginger Beer ???? refreshes and piques the palate.
The Crow's Nest Patio Area upstairs is the perfect place to meet friends, and affords a 250 degree view of the lovely downtown area.
The salads here are very tasty. Our favorite had tomato, mozzarella, oil, ranch and vinegar.
We stopped here for the first time and I loved the vibe.. We were bummed that the rooftop was closed. Maybe due to the heat. Not sure. We had two vegan pizzas, one vegan dream and a create your own. Sadly the mini was undercooked and the top of the dough was raw. I didn't realize until most of it was gone because it was the kids' pizza but they said it was bitter. The idea behind the vegan dream was on point with roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, vegan mozzarella, and Rucola. The execution was however lacking. My crust was fully cooked but dense (I'm guessing because it's also gluten free) and the tomatoes were burnt which wasn't that tasty. Price wise, it seemed a bit on the steep side. The staff however was friendly and helpful. So overall a mediocre meal but I won't be going out of my way for them again.
This place has a great vibe, it's in a great location. We ordered slices rather than s whole pizza and the slices weren't that good but I usually really like the pizza when it's fresh.
