At my recent appointment, the Dental Tech Shakira assisted the surgeon and prepped me. Shakira was truly a life saver in calming me down and applying extra numbing cream. Extremely competent and caring, I felt really comfortable with her care. The Surgeon was great too, very quick! Thank you.
So far, so good! Great, in fact. I need a front tooth replacement and have been to appointments at the W. Norriton, E. Norriton, Audubon and Phoenixville offices. This was to accommodate my work schedule which is very important to me and has worked out fantastic. The staff couldn't be nicer or more supportive. Dr. Yang took care of fitting my temp and it looks really good. She matched the shade perfectly. Today, I had surgery performed by Dr. Kim and he was efficient and gentle. I'm so sorry I didn't get his assistant's name, but she was the best! I genuinely like the staff & the Drs. and look forward to my appts. They offer many options like being put to sleep for surgery if desired.
I was extremely happy with the customer service and the warm way I was treated by all the staff members. It felt good to actually good to the Dentist. I have gone to Dentist in the past and it was not a great experience. I felt guilty after they would chastize me about my teeth. But coming here to American Dental Solutions was a joy to come here today for my appointment.
Has gone to the gutters ! 6 yrs plus with them. Dentists change / leave constantly. Staff is always changing. If you reschedule an appointment, they put it in the system as a cancelation and charge you $27. They can and will cancel on your appointment with no cares The new manager Ebony is well...... run . Don't cancel if your sick ! Ebony expects you to show up and share your germs as she has a zero cancelation policy. That means others are sharing the germs as well. You can not get your teeth worked on with a mask !
Beware if you have health issues .
I absolutely love the care in time Inga takes in cleaning and helping me best take care of my teeth. They accept my insurance and there is rarely a charge beyond existing coverage. They've provided recommendations for over the counter options prior to more specialized procedures, and have a network of other offices which help support additional care as needed. This office also has a great fun attitude.
Went for an emergency and it was a great experience. Whenever I visit this office, it always pleasant, they have the nicest staff.
You won’t find a better dental hygienist than Erica. She’s great at her job and always brings a smile to your face!
I could not be happier! I had a complete smile makeover and I am very pleased with the results. Having previously experienced dental trauma, it took a lot for me to build up the courage to go, but I'm so glad I did. My doctor was phenomenal! She made me feel like I was the only patient she had. LOL Her work was very fastidious and professional and best of all PAIN FREE! The people at the front desk, the hygienists, and assistants were all very sweet and caring. I'm sending everyone there. Now, the only reason I did not give five stars is because the facility, in my opinion, is too small for the volume of business. Admittedly, I am a germophobe and I do not like close spaces. But trust me, it was worth it ????
I recently switched to AD in EN. I am happy with their services, insurance and all of the team members. I can always get an appointment as needed. Plus, easy confirmation by text. The staff are kind and professional. They explain everything to me from billing to my dental work. TY!
