Your responses to people miss leading lies are so amazing. I wish I could do the same. I got a review full of miss led comments about my services and because of technicalities, I can’t reply back to them. I am so frustrated, that I came here to read your replies, at least someone is doing justice to this unfair treatment businesses have to deal with. Thank you for your service, it’s really appreciated. I believe everyone of your replies. Why should you let someone demoralize your business and not receive any consequence? Bravo for you!
This office is a little old School. However, they were all super nice and talkative. They were able to squeeze me in a Saturday afternoon during my vacation to Myrtle. The dentist is very straight-forward about work needed and he communicated every step during my distraction which helped with my dental anxiety. They even helped me get the correct paperwork submitted to my FSA to be reimbursed for the work that wasn’t covered by my insurance. I am so grateful.
Update: thank you for your reply. I did understand what was going on. I just was surprised that as a dentist you wouldn’t show your clients what you were looking at. Nor did you discuss anything. You have your side and I have mine. As I said, I have had amazing dental care for the majority of my life and I did not get that from your practice in openness. Don’t make assumptions that your patients need a dental degree to understand their teeth. Also I do have a medical background.
Overall an average experience. I loved Jenny. I wanted to love the place. It just missed the mark for me. This is the first time I’ve had to pay up front and get reimbursed from my insurance. No worries, I can pay it up front. I was disappointed that I wasn’t show my rads that were taken as in the past my dentist always showed them to me a discussed them. I wished the dentist did a periodontal exam because I do have pockets. I went to a very high quality dentist for a decade prior to moving here and can say it wasn’t a racket. No flossing, felt like I didn’t get the dental experience I was used to. Dr. Murph was nice, just not a full fit for me. Please don’t come back with a snarky answer to the review as I was kind to you and your staff. Again I just adored Jenny. Definitely easy to get into and would work for an emergency for me, but just needed a little more. Thank you for your military service Jenny!
I had the opportunity to spend over a week with Dr. Murph in Guatemala on a mission trip. He's the dentist who other dentists look up to. He's an expert at extracting teeth among other things. I appreciate that he doesn't beat around the bush and tells patients exactly what they need. It's incredible that he's able to lead multiple mission trips a year. I'm so thankful for the time I've gotten to spend with Dr. Murph.
As a physician practicing on the other side of the country, I greatly appreciate your no nonsense approach to patient care. You are clearly passionate about your work, and you are not interested in coddling entitled and whiny people. Thank you for being an inspiration for medical professionals everywhere!
I sent my daughter the number to this Dr. She called the lady was rude, when my daughter asked about being put under for them to remove the tooth she told my daughter they don't do that. But she can hit her over the head with a frying pan. I called to speak with the office manager. I talked to one of the doctors and he sided with his office person, calling my daughter a liar and crazy. When I asked how they are in business with him and her being as rude as they are he said, I do quality work. That may be true, but his bedside manner is horrible. You do not talk to anyone that way. I told him I would leave a Google review. He stated he would write one back saying how crazy I am. That is my Child who was spoken to in that manner. OBVIOUSLY, HE is not a parent. My daughter is 24 years old, her fiance has used this dental office before he was treated with respect. But not my daughter. My daughter was in to much pain to have been screaming at your staff. As she barely spoke to me in the phone! You spoke to me with rudeness! I am not crazy you are truly exaggerating her behavior. Cause I was k. The phone with her fiancé when she was talking to your staff! You should never be allowed to work on anyone! If they leave a negative review you go after them! That is crazy to me.
After breaking an upper front tooth at the gumline on a Friday night, I sent an email to American Dental Care. Dr. Tommy Murph called me early on Saturday and set up an appointment for the afternoon. He glued my tooth and said l need an implant, that this would be a temporary solution and may not hold. I told him I had to fly out of of state early Monday morning for a medical appointment. The tooth broke off again that evening. I sent him another email. He called me back Sunday and had me return. He put a temporary pin in and it's still holding! Dr. Murph and Jenny eased my anxiety, took great care of me, and with a wonderful sense of humor! Thank you so much Dr. Murph and Jenny, you are awesome!????❤️
Absolute most disgusting receptionist, she is vile. Told my husband he should get another job if he didn’t want to wait for reimbursement. He’s a retired NYPD Sgt. They lied about accepting our insurance and then berated him for not wanting to pay hundreds out of pocket. The Dr after hearing what happened told there’s other dentists if we didn’t like his practice. Do not go here. They are absolutely INSANE. I’ve never in my life experienced anything like it.
