I gave 3 stars for that place because the food was super awesome and i love the Chicken wings. But in the part of customer service I received a little bit bad treatment by some chef of this place, the host was really friendly and patient with our order but the place had 30 minutes to closed so i understood the bad face of the chef or the cook assistant, but they don't have to looked us with a bad gesture, was a few rude by themselves, they should disimulare the situation and say us one friendly answer, the good thing it's that the girl in the cashier improve the situation and allowed to me and my friends order whatever combo that we wanted. I recommend this place but go early ????
honestly for some tasty wings at a decent price, this place is a good spot. the wings are nicely coated with whatever flavor/sauce one may choose (by personal experience). also, i definitely recommend getting some sides whether that’s sliced celery/carrots or fries, they definitely add more to the experience eating alongside to the wings.
This American Deli is the best,, very fast, very clean, friendly staff and, as always, great food,, the wings were a little overcooked but the subs, especially the Philly S&C, are awesome.. They do a good Gyro as well..
I called to place an order and no one answered
I went to restaurant and person said when they are busy they don’t answer phone
That is their prerogative but I will order in future from restaurant that answers phone
I know ordering online is an option but haven’t had great success getting orders correct
Look at these teriyaki chicken bones...$23 for nothing. Order a Diet Coke they tried to charge me $2 xtra for can...
PATHETIC
Do not trust their close time. The employees shut down the grill and begin cleaning nearly 20+ minutes before they close. American Deli, do not post a “close time” you do not wish to honor. If it’s 5pm or 6pm… say that.
We went to America Deli for dinner. Customer service was great. We ordered hot wing meal. Which came with a drink and French fries. Wings tasted excellent. Spicy, sweet, with a dash of vinegar. The wings are crispy.. The French fries crispy and tasty. The facilities is small but clean. I definitely can see myself coming back!
The first time I ordered from this AD in December my Philly with extra meat was hot, awesome & hefty 2 months later I ordered it again with wings it was a little on the skimpy side you can see more bread on the inside and the wings were too small barely any meat like warm/ cold I live less than 5 min away
