I placed my order online and requested that my wing flavor be mixed. When I arrived to pick it up, I asked to confirm that the wings were in-fact mixed and was advised rudely that when the order is placed online it is automatically made half/half no matter what the notes state. The two ladies at the front counter were extremely rude and gave no options for it to be corrected. It is made how it is and the only option is to take it.
Wings were burnt and supposed to be seasoned and was not, rice was hard and burnt! Totally unacceptable to serve somebody this! Called to speak the manager and she was very unprofessional and offered me a discount on my next meal and said they can’t remake the meal or give a refund after food has left the building. What is a discount when my entire meal is burnt and trash! Will not be returning wasted 15$
Terrible location. Just because the cashier can’t or won’t read the names on the orders, she implied that I was trying to steal someone else’s order. All her illiterate self had to do was read my name on the order and give it to me. Instead, she asked a million questions after I told her my very simple name that was on the online order.
Wings are very small and price is very high $$. Usually good wings though. Yesterday they were not as good as usual. I am going to have to opt out in the future since the quality and quantity didn't match the $36 bucks for 30 wings.
Went here a couple of times to try the vegetable rice and French fries. Love the rice and the seasoning that they put on the fries. Love that they remember me and my orders from the first time.
You all are falling off fries were half cooked wings were not hot like it supposed to be have about three to four wings that were old plus the covid is back out you all need to wear gloves and masks back!!!!!!
Do not waste door dashers time. Check with kitchen if an order is being prepared cause you wasted 30 minutes saying it' on the way.
The employees are nice. That's the only highlight of the place.
The wings are very small and don't taste as good as they used to. So you're paying over $15 for tasteless small wings.
The windows are full of insects and flies.
