The young lady and young guy at the front have great customer service. Best American deli location I’ve been to so far. The food was delicious as well.
Came to this location and was given soft wings! Asked for them to remake them and they are saying they won’t remake them so now I am stuck with a 30 pcs of soft wings! Super pissed avoid this location if you can. Customer service also sucks.
I don’t tend to do reviews but the young lady that helped me, Aleena, was awesome. She was very helpful and patient when I couldn’t figure out what to get. Great customer service and overall great food. The best American deli I’ve tried by far!
Store is pretty clean. They have good music playing. I ordered my food and realized the prices are ok but a tad higher than some places. But not terrible. My 10 piece wing combo was ready in less than 3 minutes. Wasn’t mad about that but my fries weren’t super hot and kinda old. Their Family Gold sauce is pretty good.
I normally don’t write reviews but I thought this location deserved a good rating for the excellent customer service I received today, which is hard to find nowadays. The young man that took my order over the phone was so pleasant and made sure I got my order right and even asked how long it would take for me to arrive so my food could be fresh. I appreciated that. Also, my food was delicious. I was skeptical to order the fried rice because the Snellville location always burned it but Loganville, you did not disappoint. My wings were cooked perfectly and were not salty (common when ordering lemon pepper dry at other locations). And lastly, I usually prefer small wings but today mine were not too small and not too big (I do not like large wings) they were the perfect size. I hope you all remain consistent. Thank you!
This was a big disappointment because my family and I love American deli. We visit this location often and the food is usually good. Today I worked a 12-hour shift and was looking forward to having wings for dinner I ordered a 10-piece all flat combo hot w/ lemon pepper sprinkles. My order was put in at 7:55pm. I made my drink and remembered I wanted them crispy so I went to the counter and requested the be cooked longer so I could have them crispy. The 2 girls at the counter told me it was too late my order was ready. It had to be 7:57pm I asked how was my order ready in 2 mins and why I couldn't get crispy wings. They handed me my bag with NO concern for customer satisfaction. I didn't want to make a big deal so I took them. Once I got home. The wings were disgusting, They taste old and stale it was wings with the clips still on them. The quality was horrible. I feel I waisted my time and money. I'm assuming they were in a rush to close. Not good customer service.
Amazing experience. 10/10. Aleena had the best customer service in there. The cooks made the food amazing and I will definitely be coming back!!
Love the service there, plus the food. Met a nice old Asian lady at the counter she had the best customer service❤️!
