Reuben sandwich and fries were fabulous! Needed a better place to sit and eat! I think most people were getting their food to go. Steel seats and no real tables. But if I lived around here I would get the food at least 1-2 times a week. Very fast too! Lady at register and the chefs were friendly!
This is my favorite location in the Gwinnett area. I wish they would update the online menu with the correct pricing. So, I took a picture of their wings menu and put it on my review for those who want to know the current price.
But other than that, wings flavor is good. I always get lemon pepper and medium. My kids get honey barbecue. They are expensive, but it’s a good family treat every week. The fried rice is always fresh tasting to me. Fries are good as long as you eat them when you get them ????.
This place. I ordered online and received something totally different. They are unwilling to give you what you order because their menu is different than the one online. What does that even mean? I went back and was refused fries. Charged me 14 plus dollars for one fish and 5 shrimp. I will call corporate and ask if this is acceptable. False advertising and deceptive behaviour.
Depends on the one you go to. Can be hit or miss. I like the wings. I basically just get medium and I like the flavor of the sauce. Sometimes the wings are tiny, and that's annoying, but other times they are normal size. Got a burger once and it was awful. They burned the bleep out of it. I should have made them redo it but it took a long time and I had to go back to work.
Owner is very customer service oriented. Food is fresh and location is clean.
This location has gone down in service and in the taste of the food. If I could give this review a 0 star I would because the taste of the food isn’t worth 1 star. I don’t understand why they take to-go orders because if you call ahead to place an order it’s NEVER ready when you get there. If the owner answers the phone is extremely rude and rushes you off of the phone before you can finish a sentence. I will NEVER go back to this American Deli, the food is nasty and so is the owner.
I am always satisfied with the food here. It is fast and kind!!!
Always good. But the chicken tenders are not that big so paying more for the same amount. It is not worth it. You lost a customer.
