This place has no regard to people’s safety. They always leave the gas on at night and today the brave Houston fire fighters have to come and turn off their gas. Avoid this place at all cost!!!!!!
Somebody take the trash out ???? first of all, the food here tastes nothing like the original locations. And it’s not good service. I’ve come here a few times since moving to Houston to give a couple things on the menu a try, overpriced and dry. It’s not good and so I stepped in this evening to order some fries. It’s so hot outside, I came right in to get water. Incompetent uncultured swine at the cash register starts screaming like a maniac about how I can’t get any. Lmaoo I had to ask if everything was okay? It was like abnormally loud, but anytime you deal with uneducated working class, that’s what you get. Like are businesses doing that bad, they can’t even give a courtesy cup of water??? Lmao yall poor. Everytime I come, it has been filthy with fountain drink spills all over. Never felt comfortable there, and I won’t be returning with aggressive, unskilled people with no interpersonal diplomacy.
This place is terrible. They completely disregard people’s safety by leaving gas on at night. The gas leaked everywhere and fire fighters have to waste time and resource to deal with this. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!
The one off Cullen/Reed is better. I normally order from there but didn't pay attention to the addy that DD was sending me to. Lemonade was watered down and it wasn't due to ice because there wasn't much ice in my cup. The fries had no seasoning and there wasn't an option to add it like the one on Cullen. Food was all over the place; food always hot and packed neatly at Cullen.
This lady is the rudest. She turns the sign off at a quarter til when people are walking up to place orders. Every time you try and place an order 30 minutes before closing, you're denied. Also, she mops at a quarter til which is a safety risk. I really love their salads. Unfortunately, it's no longer worth coming here with that and the trash in the parking lot. Did I mention the bums? Yhe kitchen staff is amazing.
They gave me tiny premature wings. They were dry with no sauce and I was told if I wanted sauce l needed to pay extra and ask for extra wet. Clearly there is no sauce. The service was horrible and they didn’t want to fix the food. They’re stingy and want you to pay 50 cent for every little thing even when you buy 15 wings they give you once sauce. I will NEVER spend another dime in that establishment. They’re in the middle of the hood and expect to be able to treat you any kind of way. You’re a horrible establishment!
The only things I have tried is wings and the cheesesteaks. Both were pretty good. Outside of music being so loud you can’t hear yourself think food is decent.
I’m from Sunnyside so the atmosphere don’t intimidate me. The phillys are good, but what pisses me off is the price of food for what you get. The philly cheesesteak doesn’t have enough meat on it; it’ll be $18 or so for extra meat to actual fill the bun. The wings are smaller than Domino’s wings (and you know those are tiny). BLACK PEOPLE, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND JUST COOK IT AT HOME!!! Stop giving these people that’s not for the community all your money
