They had no place to sit, chairs on top of the tables (so inviting) . The condiments station looks atrocious. And the wings are a tad larger than I like but the kicker is the taste. The sauce is lack luster and THEY NEED TO CHANGE THE GREASE!
This afternoon I bought wings with potatoes and rice, it is the most horrible thing I could buy, the black wings were very black and dry, the rice was terrible, it seemed like it was dough, something disgusting, it seems beaten lately. Very low quality with the food, I hope they improve.
I will NEVER go to this American Deli again the place was nasty the 2 females was very unprofessional to busy playing on there phones and laughing wasn’t courteous at all you had to repeat yourself because they was again playing to much ringing your order wrong No seat to sit in while you wait napkin and straw paper all over the floor the girl with the piercing kept playing in her hair but dealing with people food smh sad and I have pictures
I notice if you order 1-2 hours before closing they skimp out wings. Ordered the 5 piece and only got 3. This has happened several times. The owner is cheap and rude and his business needs to be shut down and I will be reporting to the better business bureau. It’s stealing from consumers the end of the day. Should be ashamed of yourself.
The reviews are true! First time I thought it was a bad day for the cooks there! Then I ordered again to give them a second try. Fail! It’s Not worth the money please go down street to 1111 they will give your moneys worth. Anywhere but this place

Idk what are people's expectations with all these bad reviews. My husband and I went there despite the horror stories because we wanted something other than BK or McDonald's. We ordered a Philly cheesesteak, wings, fries and fried shrimp. EVERYTHING was damn delicious! The customer service is good too. They do their job and they do it right! This ain't Disney World if you want to be treated like royalty go to Eddie V's or Ruth Chris. This is a local gem who knows how to make delicious food at an affordable price and has an amazing peach juice that if you mix with their lemonade you'll take it to another level (this was a recommendation by several people that came in picking up their order while we waited for ours). My only regret was not getting a larger size drink. We will definitely be back! And to be honest I don't think anyone there gives an ish of your bad reviews lol. Just give em' a try you won't be disappointed!
Their wings are good but the fish. The fish is dry and bland! I had to pour hot sauce all on top of it plus use tartar sauce. Very disappointed
