My food was disgusting! The grease they fried my food in was not clean. Everything tasted like burnt grease! The grill my Philly cheesesteak was cooked on was also not clean. Everything was horrible! The only good thing I had from this experience was the peach punch. I use to love American Deli, I have been a customer for years but today was the last time I will spend my money there!
My Ruben was perfect. Very hot and fresh. The fries were great and with the added spices were even better.
Gross. There is nothing “American” about this deli, either. I paid $20 for a soggy, rubbery Reuben that they slap white American on (eww). They then insult you with 5 scrawny little wings that are drenched in garlic Parmesan sauce that tastes wayyyyyyy too sweet. Oh, and if that wasn’t enough, I had to ask for the drink I paid up charge for- and he had to look at my receipt as if I was lying to him. Lastly- I walked out of there with my hands full and one of their workers was coming in and decided that I should have an extra arm to open the door as well. Thanks for that!
Came around 6 pm on a Monday, real quick service, very clean store, very nice employees, will come back
It is a great atmosphere and friendly customer service. I really enjoy their wings, they are amazing.
