My experience was nice, went for the first time on a most likely slow day due to the weather. Had chicken tenders and fries, food came quickly and chicken tenders were a nice size, juicy. Fries were good as well. Chicken wings are small but they have a larger range than most for sauces.
If the size of them isn't a problem you still enjoy a decent meal out of the combo.
A coworker told me to try this place. I did. It's not what I hoped for. I got the Philly cheeses steak and wing combo. The wings are so small, that chicken was still a chick. The sandwich meat had no seasoning. It was $15. Just not worth it. I don't recommend this place. The employees were nice and the place was clean inside.
Love the menu , prices ain't bad either
Every time I go to an American deli, I never come away disappointed. Food is consistently superior to approach. With this food chain, the mild sauce and ranch each have a distinct, exquisite flavor that is immediately identifiable. It is filling and doesn't cost much. However, with regard to drinks, I suggest a fruit punch with extra ice!
When I say amazing food I mean amazing food, being from the north it's very hard to get some authentic Philly cheesesteak but this place has it. A little secret, get their Garlic Parmesan wings with some extra sauce and dip that Philly right in that sauce and it will be one of the greatest food adventurers of your Winston-Salem life. Prices are also phenomenal for the quality, and quantity. My doctor may hate me eating this food but my taste buds don't.
Like someone else said, it’s a hit or miss! I went today, got home, was eating and discovered a piece of hair in my food. I know it’s not my hair, because I have in braids! I’m really disgusted!!! And what’s really making me upset is them not answering the phone to accommodate my issue! I’ll never be back!
I ordered door dash and when I received the drink order it was not sealed like chil fil a, Burger King, Wendy’s, or any other store. For the convenience of customers this store should have prepared for that before signing up with door dash or uber. If I ran a food restaurant it would be automatic customer care to seal the drink and bag before giving it to a stranger. I’d desire for my customers to be satisfied. If it’s not required, I’d do it anyway because that what I’d desire for my own food. It should be an automatic click in the brain of management to say “ it required to secure the seals of of food for our customers” not door dash customers but my customers because it’s my food their eating my food they bought to enjoy. Just because it’s legal to get way with doesn’t mean it’s ethical to implement. In addition, I tried calling to speak with the manager twice and no one answered.
The staff had so much attitude, ceiling is falling apart in multiple places, food was delicious, but I was too scared to even see what the bathrooms looked like from the way the lobby looked. The wings and fries are the only gluten free option that is on the menu.
