I ordered through Uber eats and picked up my order. The food was straight trash!!! I'll never order through Uber eats again and I'll be sure to check it before I leave moving forward. Employees at the store said it was nothing they could do because I ordered through Uber eats, but yall cooked my food and it's TRASH!!!
I got a 10 pc wing honey lemon pepper WET with fries and a drink. From the moment I walked in the guy was rushing me to order which I was confused about since it wasn’t busy and there were two other people before me who already ordered so rushing me to order was unnecessary. I told him I wanted The wet lemon pepper sauce drizzled over my fries and he told me it will be an extra $.75 which last year I would get this all the time with no charge but I didn’t complain about it because business is business I get it. So when my food came out the wings were literally plain, Little to none honey lemon pepper sauce on the wings and they were definitely not wet. So i asked him where is this sauce and he said “there wet ma’am we toss them in it” and i told him those clearly aren’t wet cause if they were they should be dripping in sauce and there not and he told me it’ll be another extra $.75 if I wanted sauce on them. Which is completely absurd To me because why are you charging me for something that should already be on my food? So after I told him I wasn’t paying extra to make my supposed WET WINGS WET. he put it on there anyway and I walked out. But when I got home and ate it The texture of the wings taste like deer ankles. If I’m paying $15 for a meal I expect my food to be how I want it, not what you feel like you want it to be. After the new management and workers this American deli has gone downhill. I decided to give them another chance to see if they change back to their old and better ways But I guess not. I regret spending my money at that place today and I won’t be back again!
Stay away from the so-called GYRO!!!
I ordered 2 gyro combos with lemon pepper wings for 13.99 + .75 for extra Tzatzili sauce. This is the gyro, 3 strips of Gyro on a full size pita. I ended up throwing away half of the pita just to taste the meat.
I got old wings today!! I definitely wasn’t satisfied!! The shrimp were good!! ????
I just spent 53.00 on nothing. The 3 chicken philly’s didn’t have enough on them to make 1 whole sandwich. I ordered 20 wings, half hot/ half garlic Parmesan. I get home and have half hot and half honey. Oh we ain’t gone even talk about these feathers on this chicken. Y’all definitely don’t have to worry about me coming back.
The Philly sandwich was delicious! Chicken fried rice had barely any chicken in it and was pretty mediocre. The service was great! Friendly, happy and polite. The building itself needs a little maintenance attention.
Somebody needs to let y’all know that we can tell when you’ve had wings sitting in the basket for a while And then you just drop them in the fryer for the next order and hand them out like it’s fresh wings when who knows how long they been just sitting there.
You can tell because it’s chewy and hard as all get out and some is like biting in to rocks.
Come on now.
I got the Philly combo with dry lemon pepper wings and fries w/ lemonade. The quality of the food was amazing. I basically Inhaled the food. 1st time customer and will be a repeating customer.
