All the employees were super nice to me and helpful. I placed an Uber pick up order and they were very responsive about it. I had to delay it by a little bit and they made sure that my food was hot and ready when I swung by the taste of the food was pretty good, but unfortunately the chicken wings that American deli uses do not have enough meat on them. The actual cooking is good, but the quality of the chicken wing meat needs improvement because you are getting 1/4 to 1/2 less meat on each chicken wing in comparison to normal chicken wings. 20 piece chicken wings w onion rings costs approximately $22
My order was missing items at my last visit. I spoke with the manager who reassured he would correct the order. On the day I came in I was greeted with a smile by the cashier and manager. He stood by his promise. The cashier told me about a cheesecake that is sooooo GOOD. I sat to eat and the dining area was clean and comfortable. HOT! FRESH! DELICIOUS!
Philly cheesesteak sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. The bread was fresh and the ingredients were delicious. I normally eat half and save half but I ate it all. Wish they had a better location. But it’s worth the drive. I went through drive through window.
The Manager was very nice, her name was Chantelle! She had such welcoming energy! The Medium Hot Wings were delicious, with just the right amount of heat, crispiness, zing, and zang! The Philly Cheesesteak is so tender it literally melts in your mouth! The Okra is just like your Momma made it! And the Cheesecake is one of the best around, hands down! Sorry I didn't have any cheesecake left to take a photo!!
Overall my experience was good. I had to park while my food was being made but that’s ok. The fries did not have salt and my burger had cheese when I said no cheese but it was fine. I would go back again.
It was clean and friendly. But the food was not it. My rueban was almost burnt. And they were scared to put some meat on it. They give you a bunch of fries. Like way to many. Probably to justify cost. But for the price, we wasn't happy. Burgers are frozen patties. My wife was upset about that. Parking lot is tiny, and it's on a corner lot at a busy intersection.
The customer service sucks! I called in an order for me and my coworkers for our lunch (was not a big order). Mind you, I called at 11:40am to have our food ready by 12pm. We didn’t get our food until 12:30! I had to ask how long on our order and when I said that they want to come rushing out with our food which I believe was just sitting on the counter in the kitchen. The manager idk her name, but she was really rude. She didn’t ask us about our order, but she walked past us to check on the other people that were dining in. I promise you I won’t spend another dime at this restaurant again!
Customer service was pretty good. I like that they showed me my food at the counter to make sure it was all there. Fry seasoning was nice.
