The wings it is the worst thing I ever ate in my life and I’m saying this being so real not dramatic. I have never ate something that bad that hard like those wings like they cook those wings in the back and they put them in a big bucket or something and then when we order it, they put them back again and oil and they serve it. That’s how exactly it tastes. It is so hard that I gave it the wings to my dog and my dog couldn’t even eat them, then when I call the manager he act he cannot hear me calling three times the first time he hang up on me the second time he act like he don’t hear me and the third time every time I call they like they block me or it just goes straight to voice message and it says I cannot leave a voice that is a terrible way to treat your customer. I do not recommend anyone buy their wings. They are small they hard they over cooked. They are so bad.
If i could give zero stars i would. The Indian man who took my little sisters order was very rude over the phone and hung up in her face because he wanted us to be there in 5 minutes. We were to arrive at 9:20. I understand that is close to closing but why even answer at 9:05 if you were going to proceed to do that and if you knew y’all was about to stop taking orders why didn’t you say that when you first got on the phone?!!!! American deli yall are to beside yourselves. Your workers reflect the company and all the American delis in Georgia are embarrassing.
Went to this establishment and the girls working here were loud , as if they were at a Lil baby concert kicking it backstage like 1 of the guys , not the girls. Nothing was prissy or professional. Also,the dining area was filthy . Here are the pics and pay attention to the American deli sign attached to the counter at the bottom. COMPLETELY RATCHET!! time for the inspector to pay a visit. Totally unsanitary!
Wings were good but the Cheesesteaks aren't what they used to be. No seasoning, very blend and no mayo even when requested. Prices go up and food quality goes down
I ordered a 20 piece wings (sweet Asian heat) the sauce taste spoiled it’s like sweet and salty and like something bad it literally made me want to gag and taste weird I had my ranch all in the sause ????????♀️! Applebees has better wings and better quality please go try and take the hint .!
I had to pick up from this location for door dash. I would not eat there myself The front counter is Atrocious. Been a restaurant manager my whole life. I would be absolutely ashamed to put my name on this. In the opinion of your customer , if the counter looks this bad. My god, what does the kitchen look like.
The customer service I experienced was horrible. Not only were the employees incredibly rude and didn’t communicate with me, but it took 30 mins to receive COLD food. 0/10 would not recommend. It isn’t what it used to be smh
The white woman working the cash register is rude. When I came in I said “hello” and she didn’t even acknowledge me. She literally slide me my food/drink. Maybe she’s racist I’m not sure. The food wasn’t the best either. The I was way more bread than anything on the Philly. I won’t be coming back to this location. Thank God, I only stopped by on my way out of Atlanta.
