I was told American Deli was so so good, primarily the wings. I was there once, and of course tried the wings. You can order them with or without fries. I'm trying to cut fatty carbs, so I had 10 garlic parmesan wings. They were really good. I'd recommend the place for having very tasty wings. Were they better than anywhere else, not at all. Well it wasn't enough food, so I decided to order the chicken fingers again without fries. They were thin, overcooked, and not good at all. So, American Deli was a little more than 50% good for my first try, hence 3 stars. Will I be back... not anytime soon, but one day for sure... for the wings.
Good food, but very difficult to get a hold of on the phone. Have been put on hold for multiple minutes on several occasions. On the times when I was lucky enough to place an order over the phone, I still had to wait inside the restaurant for my order to be made because apparently they don't make your called in order ahead of time.
Their food is good, but I will only be ordering when they're not busy, or I guess Monday through Thursday outside of dinner hours.
So this isn’t the first time that I’ve got wings that are all black on the inside which I’m assuming is bad meat. Also, while eating my Philly, I pulled a long black hair out I called and they said bring your food back. I was already 30 minutes away at work instead of offering me a refund which they should have they said next time I come in to just say something and I’ll see what they can do. I think it’s ridiculous especially for what they’re charging. I will not be going back. They do not do good business when they mess up.
I have been going here for years, and as far as the wings(10 pc) you will almost always find 2 to 3 very tiny scimpy wings that are basically skin and bone.I have asked them multiple times on seprate occasions to switch the tiny ones out for regular sized wings and the lady on the register always acts weird about it. She is nice but every time i ask for them to switch them out she dosent seem to handle it professionally. Like i am being a nucience. Cooks seem cool about it.
Of all the American Deli I've visited, this is the cleanest. The food is fresh and well presented. They always make it right away. They serve you very quickly. The customer service is excellent!
Good ham and cheese sandwich, and Philly cheese steak sandwich. Huge amount of French fries with the combo.lication was super clean and fast friendly staff.
We order at this american deli all the time. My youngest daughter gets the same meal every time. She never changes it. When I went to pick up her order today, it was wrong. So i'm asking them, can they change it? They want to argue with me about what she said. I said, no, she's she ordered lemon pepper wet with ranch and buffalo sauce on the side. They drenched it in buffalo sauce and the wet lemon pepper sauce to the point where once I took the food home because they wasn't going to remake it. There was sauce all in the bag. I will not be going back to this one. I will just go to the one in Dacula.
Best wings in Dacula !! Xio always take care of my family and I when we go in there . Only bad thing I notice is in the afternoon it’s very busy and they only have 1 cashier to take orders and get phone calls.
