If I’m calling as a customer, even if you aren’t accepting call in orders WHY WOULD YOU HANG UP IN MY FACE? 5 times before I received an answer and it wasn’t Hello. It was “we’re not taking call ins right now” I called to ask a simple question. Do you sell rice. You say yes. SO WHY DO I NEVER GET MY RICE WHEN I DOORDASH? Why even have it on the menu? This isn’t the first times. MULTIPLE TIMES! I will not order here again. Terrible service. Do better.
The absolute worse American deli over ever went to. Gave me my food within 5 minutes of ordering. So I leave to eat my food because I’m on lunch break. My food was cold and old and wings hard. So I took it back and asked for fresh food and they got mad at me and called the manager. She argued me that it was fresh but it wasn’t. She’s cooking 3 baskets full of wings while it’s nobody in there and it’s slow. That’s why the food is old and cold. She was so rude to me and made me wait a long time for my food just because i spoke up. I don’t have $17 hours o waste on food nor to waste my lunch break. I will never come back here. Her name is young/yong. Horrible!
I placed an order online because they wouldn't answer the phone ans then they threw my food in one container all mixed together when I had two different wing flavors. Their service has been very poor lately. It will be a while before I visit them again.
The customer service was great. I was greeted as I entered and immediately served.
The food on the other hand… I ordered shrimp fried rice with 30 wings. The rice was very oily. Left your lips very greasy. I ended up throwing it away. The wings were hard, dry, and small. Extremely disappointed with how much everything cost.
Wings were not made fresh and were very small in size.
Great and excellent service, janiaya and serenity were very nice and professional, wait time was 1min literally! Good location to eat. Two thumbs up ????????????????
I just left American deli( next to Walmart)
I got 10 wings and fries. I opened my bag and there was a roach in my bag… OMG!!
Never again will I go back
Ordered my food online got there they were closed early. Still in the parking lot so I asked for a refund. She tells me she has my food in her car with her and I can still get it. Mind you her ford was everything but clean. Asked for her name she wouldn’t give it to me I’m overly disgusted with American deli of Griffin.
