This place didn’t have to be the way it was. Hard to explain but it’s like the staff doesn’t care and it shows in the food. I ordered 6 lemon pepper dry and other peoples food was coming up before mine and they ordered after me. Plus the wings were small (not a huge deal) but they were extremely dry on the inside. Like the oil was old or something. Idk, I feel like how can you mess up wings when that’s all you’re making????
This is my usual location. I come here weekly. I have never had an issue! The location is always clean, service is quick, and staff are always friendly.
Didn’t realize until after I ordered re: they happen to cross-cook some of their food(I have a seafood allergy). ????
Lily and Nancy were going to give me a refund for the food that IS cross-cooked, but instead offered to cook my fries in the same grease at the chicken!
Truly appreciate them for going above for a single customer like me! I’m usually better about this with re: to eating out, but I’m hungry! ???? Appreciate both of you (and the cooks)!!! ????????????
They closed at 9 on Friday but after 8 o’clock you can place an order online. I walked in the door at 8:37 all the chairs are up no where to sit and you have to wait on them the refry you wings and cook your rice. If you close at 9 you should take online order to at least 8:30 and you should not put up the chairs until 9 and fry the wings fresh.Staying open to 10 on Friday and Saturday would be great!Thanks
