Went to American deli and got 2 subs which I wanted over 20 minutes after watching others place orders after me and the food had to be cooked and were served before me and my 2 cold subs. Then the subs had nothing on it advertised, no pickles no banana peppers no onion and a sliver of meat. Plus after speaking with the manager Leo which was no help and we even sent him pictures of the subs. Terrible customer service and I would not recommend anyone to patronize this establishment. 1st time at this location and the last! Don’t go to American Deli on Wilkinson Blvd.
Grease needs to be changed. Wings were dry, fries was old and cold. I didn't notice the bug on the lid of my cup because I was driving. If there is one there is many. Would NOT recommend this location! ????????
Very busy place that served my food rather quickly. EVERYTIME I come here IT'S WORTH whatever I spend! I would recommend 10outta10????????
Everything about this American deli is stellar. Service feels like family service as the workers are very friendly. One of the workers jokes as if we were cousins. Lol food is always cooked fresh to order. I have 3 favorite American deli. 2 in Charlotte one in Rock hill and this one is definitely in my top two. Next time I will take a picture of my delicious hot honey wings well done extra crispy, I always get!
Manager was very rude. I ordered vegetable fried rice and it was super soggy and had burnt pieces in it from the grill and the taste was just bad.
I told the manager and he stated that they don’t do refunds, nor could they remake it because it looks fine. I told him to taste it but he just became super angry, loud and rude. Such a waste I definitely do not recommend this location.
They were very busy, we took our food and ate in the vehicle. I will say, best carry out food for being out of state.
I ordered my food off of Postmates and paid extra money to get all flats and I got my order with all drums and one flat. Called American Deli and the guy says oh well there’s nothing we can do. Is that the best you all can do??!
NEVER AGAIN! Ordered take out, received COLD, dried up chicken wings. Tasted like reheated, dried up food, just smothered in sauce! Rice was bland & full of caramalized onions ?!?!?! Definitely not giving them my business again!
