Went on a Saturday after Black Friday but I wasn’t expecting much most service now is thrash BUT I was treated really kindly and everyone was patient. The food was good but it’s been a while since I’ve seen someone have smile in the service world and I really appreciate it. Shot out to the young lady tatted up with the great attitude, it seemed like everyone there was just vibing and working. Made me wanna really tip better and let them know I appreciate the kindness.
Don’t even waste your time here! I have tried this place a few times because its close to me but they continue to disappoint. I paid $23 for wings and fried rice only to get unseasoned white rice with mixed vegetables in it. Cause who doesn’t at least put onions in veggie fried rice? No other American Deli I have visited does this. Not to mention the ghetto hand written signs everywhere. Customer service is non existent and the cashiers are rude. Go next door or across the street! Not worth the money at all. Get out of our neighborhood serving bad, tasteless food!
Placed an order over the phone, went inside & paid for my food. When it was ready , my wing flavor was wrong. One of the ladies behind the counter proceeded to ask me if I read the screen when paying as if I work there?! It was obvious the order was put in incorrectly due to a miscommunication but the rude response was unnecessary, just fix it ! They weren’t even busy! Further more my wings tasted like they were refried the wings were NOT freshly cooked! Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is not, & food is too expensive for that !
I order from this location often and today the service was completely unacceptable because the person that was taking the phone calls and taking orders at the front register was completely rude for no reason at all to customers. She seemed as if she did not want to be there, and as if she had an attitude the entire time she was taking my order over the phone & when my husband picked up the order and also to the people that were behind him trying to place their order maybe management needs to look into who they hire because this looks bad for business. I called around 1pm & was hung up on with so much as a greeting or total for my order. Customer service needs to be better handled & some training classes perhaps for one young lady with glasses.
Ordered thru grubhub. Ordered two combos and only received one drink. My fries were cold and soggy and the shrimp were overcooked.we ate only because we were hungry and it was too late to go out and get something.
The wings aren’t even edible I came here one time and got back home to old chicken that seems as if it’s been sitting for over a day!! Absolutely the worst American deli I’ve ever been to in my life!!
Bad service!!! The lady working in the front is so rude, every time I ask her a question she acted as if she couldn't be bother. Food came out tasting old. Not worth your money, this is what I get for trying someone new. Go to the wing spot down the street next to Kroger.
I ordered a ten piece for 14.99. I requested to substitute veggie fried rice for fries. It went to 24. And some change before taxes. They don't have a to go menu to look at and the plastic in front of the menu is so dirty and old you can barely see the menu. The owner acts like he don't understand english???? The young lady at the register has no customer service skills. I gave my money to WNB Factory two doors down. Money spends everywhere.
